The defence feels a bit wishy washy as there's no clear link between the poor staffing and the actual collapses. So if BM could find the staff rotas prove there wasn't enough staff, show medical neglect, then link it to the deterioration and death. Instead there are a lot of random collapses with no explanation. If a possible reason for the collapses had been found I would be more likely to think she was NG.
There are also too many incidents for it to be a coincidence. If there were only a few maybe it could be bad luck or somebody else doing it.
The theory that all the COCH doctors set her up to cover their own incompetences doesn't ring true, as each baby's care has been scruntised by police, lawyers and medical experts, would you really want that if you were a poor doctor.
I do sometimes worry she will be found NG but think when the jury go through the case they will find her guilty for at least the majority of the offences.
