A service report of 'blocked drains' is shown to the court.

Mr Mansutti says these service reports are "usually" urgent. The report shown to the court is on July 4, 2015. It happened in the maternity wing of the Countess of Chester Hospital, in the central labour suite [CLS], ward 35.

He says incidents would be delegated to team members.

A second incident is shown reported at August 8, 2015, a 'flood in the CLS' (ward 35), for which Mr Mansutti was called out.

Another is on October 2, 2015, for blocked drains in the CLS.

Do any of these dates even line up with attacks? I've lost my timeline as my computers on a go-slow!

What are they saying on FB now? 😝
"Ben Myers playing a blinder! It's been clear since day one that the tit in the sink grew legs, contaminated a TPN bag with insulin and injected babies with air. Also that it was then used as manure in the swastika garden."

A plumber that can’t even give a definitive date and time, don’t the estates team log every call and defect? I know when we log a defect we fill out a form where we put where we are (I work out a health centre so we put the name of it) them we put the room/ area number (every room is numbered) then fill out what’s needing fixed even if we phone for an emergency repair it’s still logged. I’d assume that’s the same nhs wide so there will be a record of date and time of repair not only that but if the plumber was called on a night shift then surely they’ll be a record of them receiving double time or a call out fee.
This is a good shout as LL was mostly on night shifts so it would be an emergency call out/overtime!! No record = BS.

Imagine if LL hadn't took the stand and all BM brought was a plumber. She would have looked stupid and surely had grounds for a mistral. Thank god she took the stand as I feel her own words will be the thing that convicts her in this trial

Geez Netflix / Prime are going to have a field day making the movie .. It's got possibly the worst serial killer of all time (WHO THE duck kills innocent PREEMIE BABIES?) and Luigi testifying about plumbing as her only witness? With a Facebook conspiracy freak as the only other person backing her up?

Poor Lorenzo, dragged into this mess. He's going to have to change his name.

Lee King?
Phil Mabucket?

Sorry about me.

Sorry, I am not caught up so someone may have said this already. But are you telling me the defence only have one witness… and that witness isnt an expert of any kind who can offer any alternative causes of death, but is a PLUMBER? Pathetic, I can’t cope. She is ducked and I am here for it.

Do we think there may actually be a docuseries about this? It's a pretty big trial and I imagine they'd easily get a few parts for it.

It might just be the wording.

Surely there has to be more 🙈🙈

I can’t believe how weak this is. Just shows you can’t defend the indefensible, even an excellent barrister like Ben hasn’t been able to cast much doubt.

BM, if you had reports or records of incidents that happened IN THE NEONATAL ITU and ON THE DATES IN TRIAL, you wouldn't be farting about with what happened in the maternity ward which was a different unit!

I heard Karen Rees did a particularly stinky poo one day in Dec 2014, the smell lasted 3 years and was so strong it made all the staff hallucinate and add insulin to TPN bags and create air embolisms.

I think it poorly worded. 1 witness about plumbing. Then he'll move on.
Hilarious if he doesn't though because no witnesses would be better than just the plumber

Yeah the way he's worded it surely means there is something else. This can't be the end.. And today's a full day is it not?

Do any of these sewage leaks actually line up with the timings of a single one of these babies she’s accused of murdering?

Oh god yes, every big news event gets a docuseries these days. The script for this writes itself. Hopefully whoever produces it donates some much needed funds to NICU.

This is almost insulting to those poor parents who just want to get this tit show (no pun intended) over with!
