I was being funny and sarcastic (in equal measure). I wouldn't be seen dead in Matalan underwear. Let alone full briefs with lace.

I have never seen that spreadsheet @OldBlondie - do you have a link please ?

Someone shared it in the early threads and it’s updated constantly, it’s very good. And there is even a link on it to the wiki on here @Tofino thats how good your wiki is!! Also its amazing having the wiki there with literally every bit of detail from the case so far, was soooooooo quick and easy to find that info and confirm a few bits. Such an amazing job you’ve done. It’s really handy if anything needs double checked.

Totally lost track of the case fellas but I’m off work this week and it looks like it could be the most interesting week.

What have I missed? Did we find out how old the doctor she fancied is? Is his nickname smudge? do we know if she’s giving evidence?

How’s so coping without a regular matalan browse?

Smudge is one of the cats thankfully.
It’s all just speculation that she’ll take the stand atm. Nothing official.

I know how you feel. It’s not fun. I increased my vitamin & fluid intake & went for daily walks. That’s helped me a lot. Someone said stay off the coffee/caffeine, that’ll help. But just the thought of being caffeine free makes me panic.

Her Mum and Dad taking the stand after hearing all the prosecutions evidence and hearing from the families and her ex colleagues, that will be interesting.

I totally get that a defendant would want a character witness, but what will her parents be bringing to the table. It’s like a straw has never been clutched so so hard. “Lucy had a happy childhood and would never hurt a fly…” k then, case dismissed.

I think this is precisely why she'd take the stand, play into that confirmation bias. That and her being a raging narcissist who's going to turn on the waterworks.

If she does take the stand then she's clearly been deemed psychologically fit to do so and I'd hope this would spare her going to Rampton to do cross stitch with Bev if found guilty.

I watched the nurse on Netflix last night, thought it was really good. Lots of similar things, machines been paused, nobody would believe she could be capable as too nice and likeable and how it’s really difficult to prove. And also how management wouldn’t believe it either. I wonder how many more are out there and simply not been caught.

Another coincidence. So did I. Well, am half way through the four episodes but started reading around the story that it was based on. Chilling stuff.

I don't think it will help to have them on, even if they can attest that since childhood she has written bizarre things on post it notes that have no connection to reality, it doesn't prove innocence and it exposes them to being questioned about why hospital records were found in their home by the police.

There are so many similarities between her and Allitt and similar MO of baby killing employed. Almost as though she has modelled herself on her.

I get the vibe she’ll make herself look like a proper vulnerable woman, how she’s no self esteem and that’s why she wrote them notes, how she’s useless and tit and all she wanted was to be a good fluffy children’s nurse who wouldn’t hurt a fly
