I beg to differ. LL admitted herself, in her 3rd police interview, that she was the only one there, she had a reason to lie, and she did.
During a ‘crash’ like this it would be difficult to remember, who or where everyone was. That would not be the kind of detail you would expect to have to concentrate on or remember. Would you really think you would have to remember as it could lead to a police investigation?
Nurse SE was upset. The shift leader would be trying to sort out the poor baby, parents, other staff, care for other babies etc, never mind try to get nurse LL back to where she should have been!
I think the Prosecution will shoot the Defence’s argument down in flames.
