Absolutely agree, however, I think it is too late already. Something went wrong in her childhood, her Mum seems ok (although I am aware what we see online is hardly reality) and Sam seems ok ish lol he is childish but I’ve seen him care about other people, support other people and keep quiet about certain things that have happened to him that have then been reported in the press. I can’t help but think she was a Daddy’s girl growing up and he is a rich man so probably beyond spoilt. Her behaviour on MIC where she cheated more than once then cried and blamed alcohol and her friends influence when her partner was upset with her shows that narcissism has been there a long time. Ryan puts her on a pedestal, high end companies gift her ridiculously expensive stuff, her friendship group are all part of the money club and the attention she gets from social media is her drug (the attention may fade a little but it will always be there to an extent). I followed two girls on that Turtle program and had to unfollow them as they seemed to be under some sort of ‘Louise Thompson the all almighty’ spell

She definitely shows all the characteristics of having narcissistic personality disorder as well as being a somatic narcissist. I don't see her ever being happy or healthy unless she gets some serious psychiatric treatment, actually I see her mental health issues getting worse as the years go on. I don't think it helps that she's surrounded by people who enable her, and are also quite narcissistic.
