This shows that Louise really has no control over what people do with the material that contains her children. When you put videos and images of your child online, it’s out there forever and people can do with it whatever they want. I really hope that stuff like this won’t impact Darcy too negatively in the future.

I'm not a Louise fan, but I don't think people should slight her for choosing NOT to change Pearl's name to a double-barrel or even at all.
It's been the norm for the past few centuries for the baby to take the man's surname, and there are millions of unmarried women who don't share the same surname as their child because the man never wanted to marry, but the child was automatically given the father's surname.
It's very common for mothers to not have their child's surname and no one feels sympathy for them.
One man doesn't share his daughter's surname and everyone attacks the mother for being selfish.

Zoe could have had 10 proposals and 2 babies - bee happily married now - if she’d dumped the man child Alfie a long time ago! She’ll probably end up not marrying him anyway after she’s waited 10 yrs for him to propose; he’ll probably run off with someone more like himself!

It's less about patriarchy and more about how Louise treat Liam (and Matt for that matter). She acts as if she's a solo parent. Never mind the fact that Matt has Darcy 50% of the time and Liam stays with Pearl all time so she can bugger off to God knows where. Liam is more like an accessory rather than her equal in their relationship. There seems to be very little respect for him. Not surprising considering the way she speaks about her father online. It just feels like Louise only values Liam's presence when it's convenient for her.
This is not nice but the truth rarely is. Louise has the emotional maturity of a teenager. The slightest thing goes wrong and she has a tantrum or starts in with the "I am so overwhelmed." How he puts up with it I'll never know. I'm guessing her being the mother of his child is a motivating factor. Take his name, don't take his name, I don't care. But don't act like you are on your own in all this. She doesn't know the first thing about solo parenting. If she did, maybe she'd shut her gob and be a bit more appreciative of Liam, Matt, and the active roles they play in their daughter's lives. Even divorced, she's a lot more blessed than a lot of women out there.

She’s already talking about having multiple wedding dresses ... and an “enchanted fairy tale vibe”... to each their own, obviously, but it’s the second marriage for both of them, so I personally find it embarrassing and tacky to have yet another huge princess wedding. Especially since the statistics are against them and it’s probably not gonna last. I bet Liam is allowed to give as much input on that wedding as Matt was ... none.

This is actually insulting to those who really do need to worry about money coming in, i.e. those who have been let go due to COVID19 like flight attendants, cafe workers, waitresses and waiters, etc. I'm sure she has plenty of savings from YouTube, she can work from home, the book deal money coming in, brand deals, she's a landlord too? And Liam will still have to work as usual as a constable? She's actually disgusting.

Can I just add to the Darcy 'knowing' and 'agreeing' to be in videos. No person under the age of 16 is considered to have capacity in relation to these decisions. That is why we make them on their behalf. There are some specific guidelines for those in their teens (Fraser guidelines and gillick copetence) relating to things like birth control.
Other than that, parents make all decisions for their children, at least on things that matter, because they DO NOT HAVE THE MENTAL CAPACITY TO DO SO.

Brummy has photos of her kids in their swim suits on porn sites, she know this but still continues to expose them. I was abused as a child, the man who did it took photos of me while doing it and it makes me feel sick to my stomach what those photos were used for. When those kids grow up and find out about that it will mess them up.
There needs to be some form of safeguarding these children. They are being exploited by their parents and for what? Gifted items, free holidays, trips to nyc for mummies work. It’s not worth it. The internet isn’t sunshine and rainbows like Louise portrays it to be. It’s dark, scary and terrifying.
