Her total lack of manners, the inability to make the slightest small talk with folk serving her in a shop or wherever is not the selling point she thinks it is. Even if you've got a legitimate grievance with British gas, or whoever she says she's paying thousands to each month, it isn't the fault of the individual she's speaking to, no wonder she is a failure at life and can't sustain any relationship.

She thinks it proves her superiority over them. Look how often she namedrops and refers to being "an award-winning journalist" too. She has absolutely no confidence in herself, hence all the money she spends on crap by 'designers' and at supposedly high end shops.
