It may be that it took 12+ hours for him to sober up and be deemed fit to be questioned for a start. Wait for duty solicitor. Wait for his own solicitor. Could be refusing to talk. They could be gathering evidence for every single person injured - 65 counts of attempted murder, downgraded in places possibly to GBH. Who knows. They will tell us when they have enough to charge him; they need a watertight case to take to the CPS to ensure it goes to trial for as many charges, if not all charges, as possible.

There's CCTV footage of the car before the attack going up Dale street behind other cars who are behind the ambulance. The road must have been opened up, whether it should have been or not.
