I'll try and explain a bit. If they've arrested him for a drug driving offence then he's tested positive on a drug swipe.

He will have had a blood test to confirm these levels. That will take months to come back. If he's under on that they can't charge for it.

They'll always go for the 'highest' charge so one will outrank others if that makes sense. This could mean that some charges are dropped.
Helped me though so thanks to all who have answered me.

Omg the daily Mail is so hilarious. Apparently he read Psychology at a Russell Group University <clutches pearls>
I liked the mechanic commenting that you can tell a lot about someone from their car and his was immaculate. Mine is filthy but I manage not to drive into people 🙄

I didn’t. It wouldn’t make any sense to say murder, in the legal definition as a finding could be transferred in a situation where there is no legal process.
Eh? Now I'm lost. There's definitely been a misunderstanding. I'm really sorry I think we're talking at cross purposes.

Mine is full of empty wrappers and rogue bits of food the kids have dropped. I, too, manage not to drive into people.

Mine's full of empty Starbucks/Costa Frappuccino cups and the boot is full of detritus from the garden centre, but behold my sparkling clean DBS check.

Like, Denis Nielsen's flat was immaculate but he was still a serial killer.

Ok but can we please return to the DailyMail calling him middle class and digging up his Uni?

Does anyone think it's a coincidence that I'm seeing lots of white middle-aged men commenting on local FB pages that something just doesn't seem right about this? It all seems a bit suss. Not quite legit. Something just doesn't add up. But goshdarnit! They just can't put their finger on what it is...
