Anyone else heard the rumour, and it is just a rumour, that he was thrown out of Hooters shortly before.
Hooters is on Water Street.

There’s CCTV of him tailgating the ambulance straight into the road from further away in town, it’s unclear where he’d came from

How do you think the snipers should have acted? Do you think they act alone? Should they have shot the car which went down the street before this one?

I'm hopeful for the victims but worried that if people don't die they get forgotten. Life changing injuries can be just as devastating as death.

I think they should have had some kind of quick communication with people on the ground this was an event with road closures and very likely high risk of a terror attack a car being allowed to drive the wrong way down a one way street that is supposedly blocked, there’s a lot of people that are going to have to answer some very serious questions

Dale street goes in water street. Castle street is off to the left in front of the town hall but I think it's no entry that way. I can't see on the footage how far down Dale street the car was.

Level of intent to kill, Use of weapons or planning, Extent of harm or injury caused, Victim vulnerability, Mitigating/aggravating factors
Typical Sentences, Range from 10 years to life imprisonment
DUID (driving under the influence of drugs) 1st offence upto 12 months and disquisition from driving 2nd offence other factors will come into play.
now combine the two offences, if someone is charged with both attempted murder and drug driving (e.g. they intentionally tried to kill while under the influence), the attempted murder would completely overshadow the DUID charge in terms of sentencing severity.
So without knowing all the facts I would say he’s looking at a minimum of 10-12 years + if he is charged.

That’s exactly what I’m trying to say. He was beeping which is unusual.

Al Jazeera offers good coverage, it’s available on most boxes, otherwise telegram is your best bet. If you’re after specific groups I can message you some, but most detailed and up to date coverage will be in Arabic
