I thought they were in or around Crystal Palace because she posted about her local cinema and it was an Everyman I recognised.

Do people who live around there call central London just London? I find it so strange she’d refer to a mere 20ish min commute as “train to London” with activities to prepare for the kid as if to imply she’s moved further out.

Have followed Liv for years and years (since around 2012) and have always really liked her. But it really annoyed me a few weeks ago when she finally admitted to rehoming Maggie because she couldn’t cope with her a few years ago…only to go get a new puppy this week.

Same @bellbells16, I saved it then promptly forgot. The cynic in me wondered about the timing, it sounded like she was trying to get ahead of something. And lo, here she is with a new puppy announcement.

Did she say where she re-homed Maggie to? I think I assumed (hoped) she lived with her parents.

I feel like I shouldn’t judge.. but I’m disappointed Liv didn’t take her back when her parents couldn’t have her anymore. Arlo would have been older by then, he must spend a proportion of time with his dad and Liv has a very flexible job aka can be home for a dog.
Can’t believe she’s now she’s got another puppy..

I get that she went through a tough time with the separation but by all accounts she has great family support and Joe is also still in Arlo’s life. Maggie wasn’t a puppy and was a small dog (Scottie I think) it’s not exactly difficult to look after a dog IF you’re committed to making it work. Very disappointing that she went and got another puppy only a few years later again.

She rehomed Maggie?! All along I just presumed Maggie was with Liv's parents'. Maybe there's more to the story but it seems like they could have worked something out between Liv, her parents' and maybe a dog walker...?

And now a new puppy just a few years later...Wow.

Agree, Maggie’s a westie - terriers are active but are still small dogs and happy with short walks/sniffs.

I find her obsession with this new guy quite off putting and immature. Of course not everything has to be about your child, but you’d think getting a puppy would be a major formative experience for a five year old and not acknowledging that is just odd. Instead
somehow even the puppy post has to revolve around the man’s “impeccable” music taste, because Sufjan Stevens is sooo cool 🙄
