I'm in the US so I got it done at a very reputable plastic surgeon's office near me in Los Angeles. I think I paid about $5000 in 2021 so what £3500??? Worth it though - I had a lot of excess skin genetically, and it really was terrible. I have wrinkles, though, from all the natural folding the skin had been doing all my life. I don't know how much it would be in the UK but I did shop around to find someone who does these a lot. He also removed a very huge, unsightly scar; this guy and his brother were both surgeons who did a lot of repair-type surgeries for people who got botched or had mastectomies, cancer surgeries, et al and were very precise.

Well I did the shade quiz and I’m 4 and 5. I thought I’d be lighter than a 4 but I forget that Lisa has such a shade range that I’m rarely the lightest with her.
I *may* go for the brush because it looks so good and my current concealer brush is from BK Beauty and isn’t as dense as Lisa’s.
Lisa is such a good saleswoman!
My only disappointment is that I don’t feel she had any models with really noticeable dark circles. They all just had light discolouration so I’m hoping I won’t be disappointed with the coverage.
I have to try it though because I’ve been in search of my Holy Grail concealer for years.

I currently have 14 concealers/correctors. 
I only use 1 concealer (Lancome) and 1 corrector (Charlotte Tilbury) if I’m going out.
The others I’m trying to use up when I’m not doing anything special so it doesn’t matter so much if they crease or don’t cover fully.
I wonder if Lisa worked on the Lancôme concealer..?I will do. I’m hoping they won’t end up in my concealer graveyard!

) I see jones Road have just brought out a correcting/concealing system at the same time. I remember back in the early noughties using the Bobbi Brown peachy corrector and undereye concealer but these needed good blending and setting with powder in order not to crease.I’ve downloaded the video and going to watch it now on my train journey. Heaven help me I do NOT need another makeup brush in my lifetime but Lisa is so good at selling her products as she is such a perfectionist and I trust her integrity.

Ok I watched the video and OF COURSE I want it AND the brush! (I use her stubby face blending brush already and love it!) I use shades T6, T 6.5 and 7 in the tint according to how I’m feeling, they all work on me. I took the quiz and I think I’m shade 10 but going to sit down and really look at my bare face in daylight and work out which tint works best for me then do the quiz again.
Shade 1 is a very light "hybrid" - the chap used it on me and said it could be an option if I wanted a more brightening effec. Initially it looked quite light, I do find though that pretty much everything oxidises slightly darker and more orange on me (I didn't see exactly where he put it - esp with my glasses off! - and was quite tired when I cleansed my face that night so didn't really get a feel for where exactly that had been applied to judge how it might have changed). As a comparison, I found even the lightest version of Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage was too dark for me (back in the day - I don't know if they've added options since).Well I did the shade quiz and I’m 4 and 5. I think the numbers within a certain range are dependent on undertone rather than paleness, so being a cool olive I was 3 in the plain concealer, the 5 looks alarmingly colourful but is specifically pigmented to neutralise the bluey-purple tones via colour wheel theory and really didn't look orange on me once he'd finished working.
On the website it says, 1 is hybrid neutral peach skintone/brightener, 2 is golden, 3 is olive, and 4 is neutral - I get the impression that 1 is superpale, but 2, 3 and 4 are equally fair but with different undertones if that makes sense? 5 is the very peachy corrector which you would definitely NOT use on its own. Then 6 is a slightly darker neutral, and so on. I'm sure we're paler than She Here ...
One thing I've noticed with Lisa's complexion numbers is that you can't assume one is darker than the other just because the number is 1 higher. She might have five consecutive numbers where the depth is the same they just refer to different undertones. I feel much less tied to a number with her products and open to explore what else might work for me.

I don’t understand the fugly olive packaging. I went to the Marilyn event and the olive stripe tote bag was so weird I didn’t take it home. Would rather have a bag with the cool chickens on from the chicken book she references sometimes.

Random thought apologies, I'd love Lisa to come out with a blue eyeliner. I'm looking for an alternative to VB pencils (which are quite pricey imo). Something with less toxic ingredients.

Depends on what one defines as toxic. They aren't as clean as I'd like, think they do contain lead (not substantial traces) though, & it's not listed in their ingredients. I find that I've had irritation from VB eyeliners in the past.
Also not a fan of the price point given they don't seem to last. Would much rather support Lisa & her products.
Someone commented on the YouTube video "Did we just get a sneak peek of a new powder?" and Lisa replied "Well spotted! It's in the works ... xx"
I'm switching to Zoeva thanks to recommendations on here - I LOVE THEIR STUFF. I use their undereye concealer as well.
I bought the Chanel loose and pressed powder influenced by Lisa in her videos so I have years worth! If she brings out a compact as beautiful as her rouge experience then I will feel compelled to buy it even if I have loads of Chanel left!
Exchange Chanel for Huda and Kosas and same for me. A compact to match the rouge experience would be perfection. I did suggest a compact and lipstick case as possibles when we were trying to guess what was being released when rouge experience came out, because Lisa loves lipstick cases. It doesn't matter how much I already have of something I'm still going to buy what Lisa releases as you know it will be formulated well
I've just had the concealer delivered. I ordered shade 4, I am shade 4 in the skin tint and shade 3 in pinpoint concealer. I have the foundation in shade 6 but seldom use it nowadays. I've been searching for a concealer that suits me for a couple of years now and spent a fortune. I have both Chanel concealers and a Suqqu one. None of them compare to the Lisa Eldridge for me. I don't have bad under eye darkness but around my nose is always red and I have a lot of pigmentation along my jawline.
The LE just feels smoother and blends perfectly. On my pigmentation I used this and on a really dark sunspot and popped a bit of pinpoint on top. I am not massively red compared to people I have seen online but red enough for it to bother me. I haven't used a corrector, they still confuse me tbh.
I am impressed so far. I'll check later on and see if it still looks nice. I only have sunscreen and concealer with a bit of balm blusher on and I don't think I look like the walking dead.
