This is a really detailed review ahead of the launch this week. It's good to know it's not suitable for spot coverage, but that's to be expected if luminous I guess, but I was hoping for a matte finish.

He kept using the word "Juicy" which he said is how Lisa described it - it's definitely not matte. I also prefer a matte finish, I've never been one for any kind of glow. I think anything light-reflecting tends to draw attention to texture and the 3-D nature of spots.

I was a bit peeved not to get an email despite definitely still being an emerald so will await the launch and hopefully videos to help me decide whether this one is for me or not. I’m happy with a bit of glow as long as the coverage is good without being thick, creasing, etc etc. I just look tired all the time and could do with some brightening I think. Or sleep…!

Wow thanks for the review and how nice to get a freebie! The system sounds like you need a corrector and a concealer? I wonder how Lisa will explain it on her video in order to select the right tones for mail order if you can’t go to a store with good daylight?
I'm not sure how necessary a corrector would be for everyone, depending on your area of concern - obviously sales people are usually advised to upsell wherever there's scope for it. I'm in my mid 60s, struggle with poor sleep, very fair quite translucent skin so I have this thing going on where directly underneath my eye is very pale then along the lower orbital bone there's deep bluey black shadow - it's that blueness which particularly benefited from being neutralised with the peach corrector. For generalised redness/uneven skin tone around the nose/"muzzle" area it wasn't needed.
I have the same problem.
I have had dark circles under my eyes since a teenager. Like you, it’s the way the muscle lies under my eyes which creates a dark shadow so I know it will never go.
Sarah Creal has just launched in the UK and I’ve heard good things about her concealer. I would’ve bought that but I shall try Lisa’s first to add to my ever growing concealer collection! I’d have preferred a matte over a luminous but hopefully I can set it with light powder.
I‘m no longer an Emerald, so I will have to wait until tomorrow.

I'm tempted but I want to get the berry coloured balm first I think - good for autumn/winter.
I'm no longer an Emerald either so would love to see it. I probably would not purchase anything til I'm back in the UK which won't be until January. I don't NEED stuff but as I love Lisa's tint and foundation I'm tempted by the concealer. tbh the one I use most is a brightening concealer from Sephora for my undereyes cause God I need it and it doesn't sink into the lines.

Concealer is £31, brush is £38. Can buy both as a bundle for £62 saving a few pennies.
There's also a new Indigo Denim make up pouch, free on orders over £90 or £25 to buy in isolation.
There's a shade match based off your LE foundation, or skin tint. They recommend a concealer shade and a corrector shade. FWIW, I'm a 7 in foundation, 6 is my concealer shade, 5 is my corrector shade.

Unless I've continually missed it, videos are only launched at full launch, not for Emeralds. It's odd, but others here have commented before too.

Sometimes the email to emeralds has had the yotube video embedded in it so you aren't buying blind. The velatura or whatever they are called balms had the video so you could see begore you buy. I don't think I've received an email though and I've bought it already so

I lost self control and ordered the 3 that were used on me at the pop-up (1, 3 & 5) plus the brush. I will use powder, although the MUA didn't, and this will matte it down a bit. I'm very self conscious about how long it takes for red marks to go away from even the smallest breakout, more so than my actual undereye circles because as I said, my glasses mostly hide those. I got flustered and forgot to use my points to get a discount and had to quickly cancel and re-order

LE's CS team are awesome. Yes!! I’ve ordered shade 5, with the brush, and a new bottle of skin tint so I’d qualify for the denim pouch. Sucker!
