Agree with this. Since she moved into her house she has become lazy. She never writes blogs it’s all just Instagram stories and ads.... she would not have a chance in hell of making it nowadays

I think Instagram made most bloggers incredibly lazy- they could instantly make cash from a sponsored post and beg for freebies. The need to graft on their blogs was eliminated and only the hard workers carried on posting.

I remember when she had her awful book published about friends and it got almost universally slated on Amazon - she wrote an incredibly pompous self pitying post about how YTers will always be unfairly and harshly judged no matter how good their work (rather like Tanya Burr's response to the reviews of Confidence) and I thought at the time balls - you have every opportunity unfairly given to you and failed to grasp it properly. You are the only one to blame. Grow up.

This rant annoyed me so much, I actually didn’t mind Lily too much until I saw this, she has no idea what hard work or a real job entails, she works from home, earns plenty, gets tons of stuff sent to her for free - for a few SM posts and YT videos! She needs a reality check, she came across so privileged and snooty in this, it’s actually really put me off her completely now!

It was the privileged entitlement that put me off her originally, it was sometime she went on a family holiday and made a point that she wouldn’t be on social media during the trip because Instagram is work for her. There was something in the way that she said it that came across as dead snooty and like she was looking down on her followers. It was a similar tone to this rant and it just made me think, she has no clue, no idea what it is to work in the real world. Like I said previously, I think she used to work hard but I disagree with that now. That said I think that she thinks she works hard but she has no idea of what pressure there is in the real world and what it is to buy everything you need rather than be gifted so much that you can afford to spend £100 on a T-shirt.

The thing that gets me is the entitlement that no one can be rude about them. People are rude about every job/profession in life. People are rude about nurses, doctors, policemen & women, lawyers, journos, civil servants, chefs, waitresses - absolutely everyone. Is that rudeness justified, perhaps sometimes perhaps not a lot of the time. But do you get these folk going on about it.... no you don't. Lily just get over yourself, enjoy the fact that you can earn lots for doing sweet fan adams and stop trying to justify it by pretending its hard.

So she's on stories saying she wouldn't recommend the villa for several reasons. Wasn't she gushing over it a few days ago?
She could find fault in absolutely anything 🙄
