Me too, it’s like some sort of social experiment watching these morons.Ok so reading between the lines, she is not attempting to home school because she knows her kids, or more specifically Isla will not listen to her and just run riot and take the piss. It would actually involve enforcing some kind of rule and that's far too much like hard work. She said she'd print out some sheets for Abbie though, she knows Abbie can be trusted. She's in for a life of hell throwing a newborn into this mess. I do hope she keeps filming it all![]()

I don’t need to meet him to know that he needs to be held to account for his behaviour. When did you meet him? Do you know him well?
I did this after my partner cheatedI see so many people IRL who do this, never works.
Blimey, I am a social worker too (child protection and court) and there’s no way this would meet threshold for play therapy in the area of the UK I work in. It would not even meet threshold for early help and would be an outreach worker providing support to a family from a community setting if anything at all. I definitely don’t think Isla needs a psychologist or the family would meet threshold for any other services. This depends with the psychologist.
I’m a social worker and 100% they need some early help intervention. A family support worker, parenting practitioner or the Health visitor assistants.
With K being an alcoholic this would count as a child trauma and in our locality Isla would meet the threshold for having a play therapist.
Lil need to start acting now, she will have her health visitor back soon and hopefully they will recommend both parents going on the family links parenting group as well as having some Early help 1:1 intervention.
It’s going to get a lot worse when number 3 comes along!
That poor guy has literally worked none stop either in their house or at a job... plus he no doubt has to care for the kids when he isn’t slaving away so lady muck can have her ‘me time’.... no wonder he’s exhausted!Moaning that “men fall asleep faster”She’d probably be tired too if she done a full days work for once in her life!
Calling people choosing not to send their kids back to school ‘poor form’ is uncalled for. I’m choosing not to send my 6 year old back because going back for 2 days a week, with 6 other kids in her class for 6 weeks would do more psychological damage - and that’s not even mentioning the risks of Covid. She doesn’t work, she has absolutely no reason to send her back. If myself or my husband had to leave the house for work, we would probably be forced to do the same. Lil has no excuse other than her being a lazy cow.I absolutely think sending Isla back to school is the right idea and I don’t think that should be equated with bad parenting. I think that keeping a child off school when there are no risks to your household is poor form. It’s important years and the disparity between wealthier families will become so obvious in the next few years. My other half is a private tutor to rich people - they’ve been ensuring full lessons constantly through this pandemic. It does make me worry.
from what I’ve inferred about K - I think he had a coke “problem” (ie he did it - not necessarily addicted) and also drank more when doing it so would cause issues in the family. It seems they went cold turkey to solve it and repair their family.
also I love setting plaster but I researched Middleton Pink and I’m in LOVE.
