Lots of gossip threads about Zayn having substance abuse issues too..same old story..thrust into the limelight at a young age and making millions of pounds..upper and downer drugs to cope with your emotions of the extreme highs and lows of fame..something to get you through the day and something to help you sleep. It’s sad really as I think he gets a lot of abuse about some of his life choices and recent interviews when it’s quite clear he’s in a dark place and needs a lot of support.
Don’t get me wrong I’m aware these are the reasons they go for drugs and that as I work in mental health but it is shocking how chilled the others seem to be compared to him. I haven’t read the other threads of them I imagine zayns is kinda crazy with stuff I’ve heard about him and Gigi and aware about the vid of him and Louis with weed that went around but besides that the media seems to be quite on him compared to Liam so wasn’t aware over his substance misuse. I do think it’s clear Liam really does need help especially after him mentioning his alcohol addiction on that podcast he is really vulnerable but there’s not much anyone can do until he notices he needs help

I mean if i had all the money in the world and yes people all round me, all the best opportunities to have fun and relax, I'd probably over indulge in drugs and booze in the big gaps they have when not touring... but maybe thats just me lolll

There was a post on twitter the other week of someone who bumped into him and this person said he would buy liam a shot and he said he dosnt drink anymore
Liam went ghost from all social media platforms (didn't even like posts) from June 16 until about two weeks ago when he was pictured with a fan in Charleston, and then at a gym in London.
Seems obvious that he went off grid to spend a couple of months detoxing and having counselling at a residential rehab. If true, I hope he realises that he should stay away from places serving alcohol for at least a year. Doubt it as the fan who saw him in Charleston said he was in a bar. They sent over some shots and Liam said he didn't drink anymore, but his friend accepted.
Kudos to Liam for getting help though, and staying away from the London club scene for over three months now.
Nobody knows who he's dating, but Maya has his little French bulldog and shows pics of him on her instagram.

Clearly still surrounding himself with bad people then. If you’re out with someone who’s in recovery, 1) don’t take them to a bar in the first place but 2) go sober for a night with them
