He really was a terrible boyfriend to Caroline throughout by the looks of it.

At the beginning, he was inappropriately contacting his ex and allegedly asking to see her behind Caroline’s back. During the short months they were together, they seemed to argue a lot and Caroline was upset and confronted him about something on a phone even back in October last year, when they were in Ibiza. And then while she was waiting to go on trial, he was reported to be messaging other women (multiple) and saying that him and Caroline weren’t together. She seemed to know she was losing him and felt desperate to salvage their relationship and keep him on side for the trial. Now she’s dead, he shamelessly courts the press - I doubt him and Lottie were randomly followed on holiday by the paps and that the DM found out all the details of how they traveled on private jet etc and also lands all these exclusives without Lewis or Lottie’s continued involvement. Even worse, Lottie was allegedly Caroline’s friend and he or they chose to tastelessly parade their relationship on a sunny holiday in perfect timing to coincide with Caroline’s inquest, which he ducked out of attending at the last minute.

He wasn’t wrong to call the police when he was attacked and there is no excuse for violence but looking at all the pieces of the puzzle together, I can’t help but feel he is a very slippery, conniving and manipulative man with very little loyalty or morals.

Just shows how insecure Caroline was. She let her relationships be known in the media. She picked men who didn't want commitment probably because she always went for younger men. She was obsessed that they were unfaithful to her. Appeared jealous. She needed to grow up and act her age rather than still act like a teenager. Her twin sister said she didn't deal with heartbreak well but she seemed to pick men who were unfaithful.

No matter what anyone thinks of Lewis, he's not to blame for Caroline taking her own life. Even if he was a tit boyfriend, it's still not his fault.

I agree that it isn’t his fault. It was a complex set of circumstances and choices and an unhealthy mixture of personalities that led to that, I think. I just think he could have handled it so much better from start to the present day, had he had more compassion, integrity and honesty.

I’d guess so. I’d noticed that & that Lou hasn’t posted about Tanology for a while. Seems sad when they were so close & it did seem Lou took Lottie under her wing. No one knows what really goes on but I can’t help thinking Lottie needs her head read.

Why isn't there a Lottie thread? There really should be. Hopefully she sees sense and bins the leech that is Lewis Burton.
Although she was on a shoot with her sisters and Lou's ex Tom Atkin ( Lux's dad) and Lou has liked a few of her posts and vice versa. So who knows!

their whole social scene is a joke. The older ones need to grow the duck up and leave the teens and girls in their early 20s to it!

Because Lottie became Lou's assistant on the bands final tour and worked with the band with Lou till they split. Her Mum rang Lou asking if she'd take Lottie on as an assistant as she knew Lou was looking for another one as her previous one couldn't commit to the tour. Then after all the tit he stirred, he began sticking up for Caroline, blaming the police and the press for her state, even though he signed her death sentence.

She brought a case against him and he ended up paying the day before the case. He told everyone she was just bitter that he got with Caroline. Then he took vast amounts of money from Caroline about 40k and she was paying for everything. He turned all her friends against her saying she was crazy, when in reality he was gaslighting her and making her think she was crazy. She knew he was playing away and selling stories and he told her it was all in her head. He called the police to punish her when she found the texts on his phone. The girl I know he basically did the same. She supported him, and gave him financial help 40/50k after C died. When she found out he was a crook and tried to get her money back he told everyone she was just bitter he had found love with Lottie. He gave her a terrible time and became so nasty she had to report him to the police. The girl was suicidal! He’s a piece of work. Imagine posting a new year tribute to your new GF ( a mate of your dead girlfriends) less then a year after your girlfriend killed herself off the back of your toxic relationship ! Had someone smash her car windows etc. So she had to go to the police, and also start a civil harassment case. Once he started getting solicitors letters he seems to have stopped. The person he had smash her windows however has been criminally charged. If he implicated Lewis he will also be charged. He’s very very bad news! From a gypsy background.

I don’t think there was a real reason the threaten the girl TBH I think she got her money back and he was angry about that and wanted to make her life difficult. That’s his pattern.

Lotties family aren’t happy about her relationship with Lewis! It was in the media that Louis has warned her about him and money worries, so it’s obviously common knowledge.. maybe Lou Teasdale warned Louis hmmmm

When I first saw they were together I couldn’t believe it considering she was Caroline’s friend and in the same circle.. but now reading the above comments, I feel abit sorry for Lottie she’s only young and been through a lot in regards to her mum & sister passing
