Don't want to share a photo of my hand as someone may recognise it from my social media.
I got a Tiffany Setting ring. It is beautiful and a classic. Tiffany actually invented the engagement ring. I get so many compliments on it. I once had a woman come over to me at a restaurant and say she couldn't stop looking at my ring from across the room as it sparkles so much. The bevel band is unique to them and I know they've sued companies (most famous is Costco) for copying it.

I bet it is beautiful! I adore the Tiffany setting, I only discovered them after we were married as I didnt know much about engagement rings but I fell in love, my husband bought me a just over quarter of a carat one for one of our wedding anniversaries and I wear it more than my original engagement ring!

I don’t want to post a picture of my rings as anyone who knew me on here would know it was me! But I have a platinum diamond solitaire and a platinum diamond wedding ring.

Me too, I had mentioned to my husband this was the type of ring I liked but I think he did really well in picking one as it’s exactly what I wanted.

I think they are really classic too so perfect if you want something quite timeless but don’t want a solitaire!

Always so impressed when people have something very unique but totally suited to them though.

Whenever we walk past a jewellers I make my boyfriend follow my finger and say ‘that one there, to the left, THAT ONE OKAY??’

I did actually pick a ring style out a few months before so he knew what to get but the proposal itself was a huge surprise.
I originally just wanted a plain band with a solitaire but when I saw rings with diamonds on the band I fell in love
Was meant to be getting married next month, back in Nov we decided to postpone to 2022

I don't want to post my hand, as the photo I have is from other social media but this is my ring. Very simple princess cut, with diamonds either side, platinum band, quite a small centre stone as I have very petite hands.

I probably wouldn't choose the same style now (got engaged about 5 years ago, married for 3) but I still do love it. It no longer fits me as I've lost weight so I don't really wear it atm. I do intend to get it resized though.

I’ve got a princess cut solitaire on a diamond half-eternity band. I love it! Would never have chosen it I don’t think, didn’t know what I wanted apart from having said I didn’t want a plain round solitaire.

I picked mine, nothing bratty about it. I’m particular about jewellery and like you say it has to be on your finger for life!

It’s a pear shaped diamond with halo in platinum.

I also picked my own ring with my husband to be.. it was a fab experience! Two years later and I’m still obsessed with it..

I’d love to but mine was stolen from a gym I used to attend a few years ago ... I took it off while I was on the cross trainer and placed it on the machine. I forgot it was there and headed downstairs after my workout ... I realised it was left after less than 5 minutes but when I went back upstairs it had gone

I recently got engaged and this is my shiny ring.

I've always wanted this style ring, before it became popular and I love it. Small enough to just catch light but big enough to show everyone im finally engaged!

I absolutely love the art deco ones and the coloured stones too!

My MIL has a large stoned trilogy engagement ring and was upset that I wasn't inspired by her ring. I love trilogy rings but they look like knuckle dusters on me because I have small hands and thin fingers. She said my ring looks boring like something you'd get from accessorize, and then added, but at least its not fancy like mine so it won't draw too much attention to your cracked hands'
Luckily I don't give a flying duck what she thinks of it .

I didn’t realise there was so much to think about with rings which is lucky for my boyfriend if he ever proposed he could use any old cheap ring and I wouldn’t have a clue and I’d definitely lose it within 24 hours!

I have the exact same only difference is my band is platinum. I love it still to this day
