Oooh, you know, she does have a bit of a goitre on video. She edits it out on pictures. Not sure if it's thyroid, since her mom has it too, and overall Leo looks very "puffy"? I don't think she's large at all, but she looks like she's retaining water or has a bit of inflammation. I don't know much about lipoedema either. She should get a lymphatic massage or wood therapy, and see if she gets any results from it

I have an internal goiter like as in the illustration, so far no problems and I have 6monthly blood tests. I have though made the decision to have the enlarged side of the goiter removed to prevent future problems. It will leave me with half a thyroid. But I'm an old bird, not sure if someone Leonora's age would develop this. I don't know

Well a friend of mine who’s in the Cotswolds and is well connected , has just told me there’s been some drama about the filming of classes at daylesford and Leonora has now deleted the bit of her YouTube vlog which went out last night showing class members working out in the background.
I have just fact checked and it is indeed missing !!! . the Pilates class she filmed is now deleted from the vlog.
Apparently things kicked off this morning
Sounds like luxury by leonoras luncheon got off to a difficult start!
No wonder Leo’s photograghed constantly with drink in hand today
I wonder if josies in the drama with daylesford being as Leo was her guest and her responsibility whilst there .

Wow, if 2 different viewers have picked this up, Leo should have it checked out.
I remember this presenter on a programme 'Flip of Flop' on HGTV, Tariq el Moussa, was diagnosed with thyroid cancer ... it was picked up because a viewer, I think she was a nurse, whilst watching an episode of Flip or Flop, noticed a lump on his throat and immediately emailed him.
He went to the doctor the very next day, and was diagnosed with stage 3 thyroid cancer.
I don't mean to alarm Leo, but it's something that should be looked at.
