Whether we like Josie or not aside, she's the HC ambassador. We know that whole debacle with Lydia is that Lydia tried to steal her thunder and created a fake storyline about being an ambassador when she just had a few pieces to shoot.
Leo kept repeating how she feels like she really wanted some campaigns she didn't get and how she'll try harder. I think she's gunning hard to all of Josie's campaigns and usual spons. Including HC.
To me, trying to "get" someone else work is really bas de gamme. She's never had to work for anything, her father made it happen. And I don't judge her for that, my parents helped me all through my life too. But Josie made herself, she's a grifter (a dishonest one, but eh): and that's hardwork. Stomping your feet and having your eyes on someone else's share is just weird and doesn't show nicely on her character. It keeps bothering me really.
As far for buying followers and views, she's so sheltered, I wouldn't be surprised Mark or her father got someone to do it without telling her.
I also cannot take another video of her cross legged, tippy toed, hands on her hips, gasping at another floral dress using the same exact description as always. I have a very strong memory, and she literally uses the exact same sentences repeatedly. Use your cute little brain to open book or watch a good old documentary (not a country life vlog), pleaaase.
Last point, her hair is so bad it looks like a wig.

I have noticed some of what you say too. Leo has gone out of her way to target 111 skin, Charlotte tilbury, HC and a failed attempt at Elemis (and these are just off the top of my head what I can think of there's bound to be more). The bath scene Leo paid to have filmed was aimed at getting an Elemis gig but they must of not rated her enough or something.
She has just gone after lydias gig with Emilia Wickstead.
I don't know who had Rodial first but I think Josie and Lydia have both promoted it . Sweaty Betty I think both have promoted as well.
Lydia would of probably gone to the game fair if invited - I wonder why HC didn't invite her.
The influencers haven't gone to the game fair , they have been to the holland Cooper stand and then had a go at fishing and back to HC stand again. No freedom to watch displays and have a proper look around. Its a bit like people who go to polo and just sit in the hospitality without a view of the polo all day, they aren't authentic fans.
The hair is all different lengths , longer at back shorter at front going into a V. Apparently this is a cut used for mediteranian women with this curly hair to take weight out of the hair and make it easier to manage. Her hairdresser seems to be Italian so maybe that's how he cuts everyone. Its definitely not for fine hair.
I think my previous estimate of Leo paying 30k pa was too low (to run the show) if Anna is there as much as she seems id say shes doing min a part time job plus Klaudia is supposedly charging £100 per outfit reel which is shot in 30 mins.
I hadn't noticed the captions being the same but I will keep an eye out now. The modelling is the same old . I really liked her to start with. I can't say I like her anymore. I think shes quite niche for brands and will struggle to get the big deals like Lydia historically has. I think Leo is wasting daddies money on this new venture/hobby. It gives her something to do though other than pilates and hair appointments!.
