Im kinda on the bench. I did giggle when I saw it . I think all the above comments are good points many could / would make. However her post gave me a giggle .

I personally am not massively into weddings, I think too much talking about a wedding is just boring to most people who aren't close to the person/people involved. Drudging up tons of photos regularly is something im not keen on.

However I guess its not Leos fault Josie hasn't got a dad, id imagine Leo would argue it wasn't aimed at Josie.

Interesting there was no invitation for Leo . (or so it appears so far). Maybe Leo was disappointed to not be invited , maybe not.

Leo made such a stunning bride in her choice of outfit, it was my idea of bridal perfection. I did feel this was Leo saying "look at me, I did it/looked better"..

I would imagine mark didn't expect Leo to become busy with her public persona. I think he thought he had married a well heeled girl who would work a couple of days a week locally to say she actually does something and that she would otherwise be devoted to him. He's landed on his feet financially and lifestyle wise. She referenced her being busy and mark not liking it , people change with things like this, marriages end for these reasons. Ive met a couple of the husband from the real housewives franchise in uk, both complained that the women completely changed after going on the show, became busy and obsessed with themselves and it ended two marriages I know of.

I am so incredibly turned off Leonora with her Father's Day post. First of all wtf are you doing posting a tribute to your father when he isn't on instagram, here's an idea write him a card or tell him to his face instead of this fake performative act.
Secondly we all know it is Teefers wedding weekend, how about letting someone else have their bridal moment without you having to rehash your own wedding with endless photos of you and your Dad, oh and by the way did you actually marry your Dad? at least show your groom in one of the photos even if he is in the background. It's not that I have an issue of father/bride photos but so many photos on one past was so tacky.
It's also pretty tasteless when you know Teefer's father is dead and I am sure it was emotional for both Teefers and her Mum that he wasn't there.

I had high hopes she was genuine, big red flag now! I don't trust people who are this jealous and insecure when it comes to someone else having a moment in the spotlight, plus a person without a father too!

I have agree with you. I really like Leonora but my immediate thought was "Why a wedding photo on Josie's day ?" They may not be the best of friends but they are friendly and Leo was aware it was Josie's wedding day.
Leo's wedding was almost 2 years ago.
Plus your dad's not on SM. He is not going to see the post other than if you or your mum show him the post.
Plus the photo centres more on you than your dad.
Not nice Leo, not nice.

I'll give her the benefit of the doubt this /one/ time, just because it seems out of character.
1. I noticed a lot of American influencers posted their wedding pictures to celebrate Father's day. Here my fav Mary Orton.

2. At the end of the vlog, she did say she felt sad that her father was away and that she couldn't wait to see him next weekend. That was filmed before Josie started dropping pictures.

3. Leo can't post one video without speaking about her wedding, she's still very much in love with the all thing. She's also referencing it and reposting pictures of it. The timing was in poor taste, but I'm going to believe it wasn't meant with ill intent.

4. I think social media is so weird during these times. I have a very private instagram I still don't post anything on Mother's and Father's days. Some of my friends have lost their parents, some had awful people as parents. You'll never know what it could trigger in anyone. You want to wish happy fathers day to your dad ? Text him, go see him. Why does it have to be public ?

Let me get this straight, we are penalizing Leo for a Father’s Day post. A Father’s Day post on Father’s Day. You guys are reading way too deeply into this. The world doesn’t revolve around Josie. Get a grip guys. She made the decision to get married during Father’s Day weekend. That was her choice. I mostly agree with everything being said in here but this one is ridiculously absurd and out of left field. Furthermore Leo wasn’t even invited to the wedding. So to even suggest that she needs to alter her posts around someone who didn’t even think much of her to send an invite is preposterous. She’s free to post as she pleases. (And if you look back
to Father’s Day 2022 Leo posted the same photos with her dad) Many of my friends chose their wedding day photos to commemorate Father’s Day. It’s a significant moment between father and daughter. You guys sometimes hold these people to unattainable standards that we are ourselves can’t even keep. These people aren’t real friends. They’re industry friends. These aren’t real genuine relationships. These are business relationships, don’t ever forget.

It appears as if she wasn’t invited. Plus someone said they saw Leo on a flight back from Majorca on Friday or Saturday. I think it was in Josie’s thread.

Although the gardens are stunning and bigger than josies, Leo is surrounded by farmland which they own. As she mentioned the farmer farms the land. The gardens aren't as big as one might think!. they have decent lawn but then the farmers crops immediately start. They don't have large amounts of rolling acres of manicured gardens. which came as a surprise to me, I thought they had stately type gardens. its a farmhouse with a barn type conversion Leo lives in .

They have no neighbours as such. They have definitely sized down from where they had been living before.

Weighing in on the Father’s Day post. It’s a non-issue, though perhaps with some commentary on social media’s grip on society. Almost every younger woman I know does the same thing. It’s a simultaneous exercise in vanity and appreciation/sentimentality. Most women look great in their wedding photos and it’s an opportunity to showcase your father and you looking nice. Added bonus for influencers: You get engagement on a post that otherwise is completely self-serving and it also doesn’t mess up the aesthetic of your gram. Imagine posting a photo of dear old dad with his beer belly out sitting in the recliner. Just doesn’t have the same ASSthetic.

ETA: one more thing. Josie’s wedding was Friday. The post was Sunday. I don’t care if you’re heir to the throne. You get one day not an entire weekend.

I have to agree that I don’t think Leo and Josie are close friends, more ‘friendly business acquaintances’ so wouldn’t have expected her to be invited to the wedding.
When Josie first went to her house for that event (when Josie was running v late but still stopped to chat to camera for 10 mins) it was the first time they’d met in person, plus Josie asked whether she preferred Leonora or Leo etc. all the things you ask when you first meet.
They’ve referred to each other in a friendly way since but don’t seem to be ‘proper friends’.
I doubt that Josie’s wedding and Josie’s father were even in her mind when posting her own Father’s Day post. I know loads of people whose parents aren’t on social media but still post tributes and pics to them on special days - often wedding pics as they’re the best pics you have of you all! Personally I don’t see the issue IMO

I actually really love the dress, for myself ahah. I had a quick look on the website and couldn't find it. But then I remembered brexit and the harrowing custom fees I had to pay last time I ordered from a British brand . I'm sure I'll find something similar elsewhere.


That hat is ridiculous, I'm sorry to say. But I love when she has her hair up, instead of those dreary looking curls she always wear.
