I’m away for a couple of weeks and wasn’t going to watch her tonight but I have….
My review on the Mallorca is :-
It’s a stunning property overall with nice long drive . However , I’ve stayed at a friends 9m £ house in Majorca 6 bed with another house on site for the couple who housekeep and manage the property.
In comparison to that property (which Maria’s callas used to sometimes stay in , it’s a property of note in Majorca), I’d say the hall is super disappointing, the feel of it is more like a staff passageway to serve the bedrooms. The balustrades look cheap and the two tiny staircases dropping down are disappointing, I prefer one big dramatic and beautiful wooden staircase which sweeps. Theirs looks a bit ikea!!! . The kitchen is high spec, the oven is expensive and Aga are part of the same umbrella conpany who made that cream oven. In real life they are gold gilded and very very tacky , very footballers wife funnily enough.
I like the worktop , the units are quality but again so disappointing how small it is . It should be much bigger given the grounds , I can’t understand it .
The lemon Schumacher fabric is circa £210 a metre , let’s hope mummy isn’t making herself a dress from it
would be expensive . She makes many references to mark having organised things- trying to justify his existence
She has said she will be back and forth between uk and Majorca. Might work childfeee but when a child needs an education then a decision needs to be made as to where is home.
She got oil paint on herself and didn’t know what to do or how to remove it she even asked “what is turps”!!!!!!!!
hilarious….. she has so little common sense . Painter told her to wash her hands outside and “not on the marble sink”.. quite right , wash them in turps outside Leo !The place is chaos despite mark having lived there full time . I thought she had gone to Majorca to put her feet up for a week not unpack boxes ..

Says the sausages will love it there but flying from uk with dogs is very difficult. It’s usually private jet only , so will they really pay for jets for the dogs when she’s on BA flights ?

Beautiful pool area. In my experience pools in Majorcan horses can be more like plunge pools. This one is a nice size .

Whilst I still like Leo, I really was put off by her intro discussions re the Mallorca house. It’s your parents’ house girlie but she makes it sound like it’s bought and paid for by her and Marcus alone.

I have the Mallorca house video playing in the background and can't quite believe the expense/extravagance. I have nothing against people doing well for themselves, making money and being successful, but I find this whole set up SO odd. Fair enough her parents have bought it to move to and enjoy "retirement" and escaping the UK weather, but how many son's/daughter's sort of "move in" with their parents, especially newly married ones?! If Leo and Mark are going to come and go, that means they'll be doing their strange "happy family" act again. Don't they want their own space and independence?
Everything they've bought for this house is by expensive brands. All the fabrics, furnishings, antiques etc. They must have spent an absolute fortune. They really are in their own bubble. Totally detached from most people's lives.

Effectively she’s giving a tour of her parents home both in uk and Majorca. It is very odd.
It’s kind of like going back in time to when extended families had no financial choice but to have to live together under each others feet.
She says she’s won the genetic lottery , I very much disagree looking at her mum and dad , both are very out of condition, the dads face is often bright red! despite having time and money to look after their health. Looking at the parents genetics she needs to be cautious of her own lifestyle.
She has what I’d call middle aged habits some women have . Ie the heavy drinking, the day drinking , yet she isn’t Middle Aged and stressed out , so she’s prematurely ageing herself like the mother has.
Marks on one big jolly isn’t he!. He really has struck gold if he can put up with the claustrophobic situation. I get the feeling he just agrees to whatever they expect which doesn’t seem to be much . The mother is the one bearing the brunt . She’s been shopping for about a year for this place that we have seen in previous vlogs.
I bet wife no1 feels hard done by watching it all, o reckon being as footballers weren’t paid much in the old days that daddy’s money came later in life and the first wife has a fraction of what Karen enjoys. Second wives club! Karen’s just fortunate he hasn’t traded her in the way she’s gone downhill .
I knew someone the husband had made 400m and he started at 60 playing away, one day came home told wife he has bought another house a few miles away and intends to live with mistress part time and wife part time… the grown up children even met the mistress … can you imagine?! . It’s a well known company everyone in uk would know of. I felt so sorry for the family . Sometimes wealth doesn’t help when it’s to excess . Rogers not excessively wealthy like this but he’s done very very well all the same. These men can become nightmares .

I honestly find the codependence on "Mummy and Daddy" so strange. I totally understand her parents buying a second home abroad, and somewhere warm. Many people do that, if they can afford to, but to have their daughter and her middle aged husband keep coming and going and half living there is so bizarre. Pop over for a visit at Easter or for a birthday, but surely they'd prefer to get their own holiday home, do all the decorating themselves, have their own friends to stay over?!?!
Also, did you hear Leo saying "this will be the treatment room?" - the area around the pool/sauna. Does this mean they are going to have a full time therapist there offering massages and manicures??!?! Bloody hell.

Ah I’m so torn on this thread because I actually really like Leo and enjoy (most) of her vlogs, but I agree with lots of statements on here.
I didn’t like the constant berating of staff, both in this and her birthday lunch video, either not working hard enough or making too much noise when they are working. Comes across as rude and entitled which I found a bit surprising.
50% of the last video should have been cut out. Watching people unpack and chat is very boring.
The hair is so aging and the constant make up and hair tutorials are not needed.
When she says ‘to perffffection’ all the time it drives me mad.
She’s never honest about their set up and portrays the uk home as hers and this Mallorca home as a ‘family’ home. She has an amazing family and in such a fortunate position I don’t get why you just don’t say that it’s your parents home and you like the set up you have - why leave home when it’s this beautiful! My family always said if we won millions we would buy a big stately home and each have a wing so we could live together but not in each others hair. We’re all close and get on so well it would work for us. She’s doing the same so why not be open about it?
The kitchen looked super high quality but very small and underwhelming. Same size as a detached new build on a housing estate, rather than in a huge beautiful home like that - it should be bigger and more impactful.
I love the house, gardens and pool, truly stunning. I like how although she lives in a bubble, she’s not pretending to be something else (Lydia Millen I’m looking at you). I love how close their family is and enjoy watching them all (except creepy mark). I like how she never mentions money or how much things cost in a way that comes across as braggy and although they clearly have a lot of money, she appears to be warm and friendly to everyone, whereas the likes of Lydia and Josie want everyone to feel beneath them.
I think in the long run she would do better if she just filmed her life and YouTube for fun and be unapologetic about it rather than trying to make it as an influencer. She’s making a deal with the devil as it’s a difficult balance to strike; being relatable while selling a luxury life, being honest when advertising, not offending people but trying to be ‘real’. And I think she’s come from such a protective family, the more popular she becomes, the more criticism she will get and I doubt she has a thick skin to cope with it.

Definitely not a thick skinned person or able to cope well . Not able to cope with criticism.

It's actually really draining, the way everything is "the most amazing" "the most heavenly" "it's going to be soooo stunning". Every day, every outing, every event, every dinner, every holiday, every dress she tries on, everything is "SOOOO EXCITING". She never dials it down. It's almost like she's borderline manic or hyper. She must exhaust herself, let alone us lot who watch her videos!

He isn’t in Finance he has a string of failed companies according to companies house and clearly lives on the Smee’s money now.
Most people I know their parents would be deeply concerned if neither party had a job. Marc is like an employee to amuse the daughter and the mother. Something very off with it.

It is SUCH a bizarre set up. Do we ever see Mark's parents or family? When they all travel together, or go to an event together and Leonora says "Mummy is here......Daddy is here.......Marcus is here" and I just think why don't they want some indepedence?!?! To me, even though she is married, she is emotionally very, very immature. Surely Mark must find it all claustrophobic and find them all (especially his wife) totally over the top about everything. How can you get SO excited about everything ALL the time. It totally takes away the meaning of it. When is she NOT excited?
