I first came here because LC was annoying me the way she'd always talk about money. I thought she was going through a "shit, I'm 40 and I'm not where I want to be" phase but I agree with everyone here that it's more than that.
I almost feel really bad commenting on her situation because there is something more going on. She's ruined her face. She seems unsettled in her parenting. I start to feel bad for her but then she puts an innocent call out for a face tool and happily takes it for free from a listener. Seriously?
Firstly, if you're as rich as you pretend to be, buy it yourself.

I think this is very much on the money. I’m always trying to give her the benefit of the doubt (esp seeing she has had some hard challenges in her life), but I still find myself disliking her. And this is why. She seems to have different rules for herself than for others (including her husband). It seems odd to be partying it up for the Insta when something truly awful has happened to your spouse. Whether she was close to the FIL or not, this would never have happened when her Dad died and if it did she would have been (rightfully) upset. Understand that the holiday was already booked so prob couldn’t have changed it but this kind of behaviour is quite gross and then to post it as fun. Very strange.

i totally agree with all this! If you’re that wealthy, buy these things yourself! She would have so much more respect from her followers and probably wouldn’t have an entire page dedicated to her on tattle, if she paid for these things herself. I wonder what, if anything, she has given the kind person who donated the face machine thing?? Nothing most likely! Unbelievable.
i also agree with you that there is something deeper going on here. I had followed Leigh for years before she started her hocking of absolutely everything and her grifting for free stuff. I unfollowed her maybe 6 months ago. Unfortunately I think she’s trying to compete with people way out of her league financially. And buying shoes/handbags is her way of showing her followers she has money. It’s fucking sad as! She’s deplorable.

I'm no barefoot investor, but I do I know that living in a shitty apartment and blowing money on shoes and bags isn't how you build wealth. It is such a poor look taking so many things for free from companies who could be donating it to people in need, or from Youbies when she can clearly afford to buy them if she can afford channel shoes, wallets and so on. Tegan is also morphing into Leigh, accepting more and more free shit when she's clearly wealthy and doing more paid posts.

yes!! This would have been an amazing idea. Not yet another range of pregnancy products in an already crowded beauty market. I truly don’t believe they did enough research. The products are basic, the packaging and website is basic, there’s nothing groundbreaking here, it’ll all get lost in the sea of beauty products.

I don’t know about anyone else but when she looks at Tigga as she says “a beauty editor for 20 years” feels like she’s seeking some kind of assurance. It’s weird.. it’s the first thing I noticed before I stopped watching

i noticed that too and thought it was bizarre! And then when she says that she HAD to do the range because when she was pregnant there wasn’t anything available to take her through from pregnancy to postpartum… umm what?!? You obviously didn’t look hard enough love, there are a literal TONNE of pregnancy products available and as a pregnant “beauty editor” I’m surprised she wasn’t sent millions of them.

It’s all just so so weird and contradictory to everything she’s said in the past.
