Anyway LC I genuinely am sorry you are going through a hard time, it must have been a stressful week with your mum, the funeral, packing, the launch etc.... but sometimes it's OK to take a slice of humble pie and say nothing at all. I cannot believe OPI have sent a box of nail polishes to her TODDLER to “play with”! Another brand I will no longer be purchasing from and I’ve been using them for as long as I can remember. Honestly these brands are just ridiculous. How about donating some nail polish and products to a women’s shelter instead of sending them to a 3 year old.

There is no gap in the market for these products. Absolutely none. That is such a load of BS. When I was pregnant I used all of my regular products and the only thing I bought was a belly oil from Willow By The Sea, and it was lovely. Never once did I ever think “I wish I could buy all my products from the one company”.
This is just garbage. It reminds me of a grown up version of the Gro-To kids range by ZFB. The packaging is horrible, the colours are 1970’s, and the name Brillo sounds abrasive and cheap. Sorry ladies but you won’t be getting my cash.

If I worked on the marketing team I’d be mortified her use of “semi-gifted” on every single story, because we want consumers to think they’re not paid to be there. Yes legally you have to mention it. But it’s like “hey I cut my leg #semigifted” “we found a rabbit #semigifted” “here’s me going down a waterslide #semigifted”. I used to be a fan, and I’m so glad I found this chat. If my mum was taken in ambulance and had pneumonia and my father in law died, I would simply not her off to Singapore, upload wine being poured on my ass then head off to the Maldives. I would stick around and make sure BOTH sides of the family were ok. Cook meals, clean, etc. Whoever sent LC that message I APPLAUD YOU. Oh my god what a load of shit her family insisted she go and then nearly cancelling made her mums condition worse.
