A little freebie here and there never hurt anyone- but when it’s literally daily, sometimes multiple times daily and your girls Christmas lunch becomes a corporate function, you know there’s something wrong.

I’m surprised these brands keep sending her stuff. It’s embarrassing and sad for them, too.

Me too. When You Beauty first launched I couldn’t get enough of it, then the content and paid parternships collided and I just felt like we were being pushed product that they wouldn’t actually use.
Since then everything she does does is just one fkn ad… she seriously is like a walking advertorial.
She should try and score a gig on those morning shows too, there’s a void since Moira left all those years ago.
I don’t understand what someone could possibly do with all of the free crap she gets

I cannot believe OPI have sent a box of nail polishes to her TODDLER to “play with”! Another brand I will no longer be purchasing from and I’ve been using them for as long as I can remember. Honestly these brands are just ridiculous. How about donating some nail polish and products to a women’s shelter instead of sending them to a 3 year old.

What a bunch of fxxking tightarses! Why does everything she does have to be related to her “work”? Pay for something for fxxks sake!!! These freeloaders make me sick! I unfollowed Renee Bargh the other day as she was gifted a hotel stay in Bali for her baby moon, pretty sure she makes decent coin, I’d be too embarrassed to accept a type of offer like that. It’s just yuck on so many levels. I can’t take these people seriously, they’ve lost touch with reality. I can’t wait till this whole influencer phenomenon dies a slow painful death, and it will, just give it time.

I love this comment so much. You have so succinctly nailed exactly my issue with influencers. They exploit people for a dollar, including their own family. No one with any amount of intelligence thinks that’s a “perfect life” Leigh, I wouldn’t want one trashy designer, semi sponsored part of it.

Yes! And maybe I can’t afford to go to the Maldives but at least when I go overseas with my family I don’t have to spend half my holiday filming content and tagging every post with #semi gifted. I can actually relax and enjoy my holiday and spend time with my family. I fully expect her to return from this holiday and complain that it wasn’t relaxing because she had to work through most of it and she was so worried about her mum. Surely they chose when to launch their business, why have an overseas holiday booked for 3 days afterwards???

Posting a picture of her mums arm whilst she’s gravely unwell in hospital- despicable. If I was Leigh’s sibling I’d be having a stern word about family privacy.

Just breastfeeding my baby after jumping out of the shower. Used my cheap, 500ml Cerave fragrance free face/body cleanser on my face. Went all out and used a very heavily fragranced Glass House shower gel (but could have easily used the Cerave). After the shower used a fragrance free La Roche mist, followed by a fragrance free Revolution night cream.

I didn’t deliberately purchase anything because it was fragrance free or breastfeeding safe. It’s just that so many things are. The best advice is just to use whatever you enjoy
