Mark, Essex, upbringing etc can't be blamed forever. Each and everyone of us has experienced a toxic person or environment before. At some point you have to love yourself enough not to live for the negative. She exposes herself to ridicule everyday she does her daily carpark walk- knowing what the comments will be. It's like a form of self punishment, and self humiliation.

Fearne and Sam look like they have expensive mortgages, where the hell does F McCann make her cash, she does photo shoots but for who and what?!

Seem to is the key phrase there! Anything used as a filming location can be offset against tax for the production company: “we live here but the main use of the place is as a film set”. If the leased house costs 4K a month and he shoot takes five months, that’s 20k of costs they can claim back on while avoiding having to pay for a studio. And a nice little bonus for the stars of the show, a free plush home.

In short what I was told about the growth of reality tv was this:
Clip shows became popular in the 90s as an hour long show cost 100k to make. A drama or comedy etc was closer to £1m an hour. As we got lots of E4/ITV2 type channels, more content was needed. At first they used repeats like the endless Friends episodes on E4, which cost around 50k an hour to buy in. But the small channels don’t make 50k an hour from the adverts, so something costing maybe 20k an hour was needed. And all these production companies came out with reality shows: make an hour for £10k, sell it for £20k, make hundreds of hours of filler tv each year and profit. The formula over time became: of the budget, spend the most on the editors, director and crew. They make the show look professional. Lease a great central location for the show so it looks aspirational on screen. Now find some interesting people for the cast - maybe from an already established show. Say we can’t pay much, but being on TV with their own show is priceless and they can make their own money from being famous. If they won’t do it, go to the next on the list. The cast really doesn’t make much difference if the audience is going to be under a million. It’s like thinking Hollyoaks would get more viewers if they had actual actors and not people they had found smoking fags outside of the local sixth form!

I’ve seen bits and pieces of figures over the years and this seems to be accurate. Very few ex reality stars are living the high life, look at S club 7, they had tv shows, a movie, decent record sales, loads of merch and only pulled out 300k each for six years working 18 hour days 50 weeks a year! 1% of tv people are well paid, 1% of instagram posts make a bundle. The other 99% are scrabbling round for scraps

Her "fitness" page is an absolute joke. All it is is inspirational quotes and a couple of photos of her in gym gear and shes now selling ketones for £160!!
The way she and her team deal with anyone questioning it is shocking! Look, I am diagnosed with Body Dysmorphic Disorder and it’s no fucking joke. I’m certain it’s what she has too. Not to diagnose a stranger, but... it is all about being disgusted to the point of all-consuming obsession with how you look. Not in a vanity way, but feeling so ashamed that you wish you could have endless surgery. When I see photos of myself I either shudder in horror or study them trying to work out what things I need done to ‘sort’ myself.

Seriously that’s just ridiculous why do girls want to look like some cheap blow up doll, I remember when I was young and me and my mates all had our quirky individual styles and looked totally different now fuck me all these girls have just morphed into one universal plastic lump of stepford wives.

Is it ok for me to copy and paste a post I made in the Mrs Hinch thread? I was talking about this over there. For what it’s worth I think it’s come from porn. Most social media/Reddit/forums/news outlets I use I have seen women and girls either share their experiences or have their experiences written about when they’ve been pressured by partners/boyfriends/husbands to change how they look/act/have sex to be more like women in porn from ‘small’ things such as getting their nails done, growing their hair and wearing thongs to ‘big’ things such as getting surgery and doing things they don’t want to. I have also read about women being so upset their husband rejects them when they try to initiate sex but he watches porn that they get surgery to try and ‘fix the relationship’.

Anyway... this is the post I put on the Mrs Hinch thread the other day -

If you put most women who have had extensive surgery next to each other they have a similar look. Recently there was a celeb version of come dine with me with Charlotte of Geordie shore game and a woman I’ve forgotten the name of - maybe Dawn - from real housewives of Cheshire (I think) fame and despite the age difference they look like they could be related.

Line up Mrs hinch, stacey, carol vorderman, Lauren Goodger, Katie price, Charlotte Crosby, chloe Sims, Lauren Pope, fearne McCann etc and while they don’t look exactly the same they look like they could all be part of the same extended family.

Within the last couple of years there was a photo of Amanda Holden published in magazines of her out jogging, before I read the headline I thought it was Katie price. They all start looking the same because the fillers and Botox and stuff all start morphing and shaping their faces in the same way because rather than having just enough to accentuate their own features they have so much it changes their features so they all end up with the same ones.
