Baffles me too. Can't fathom why people would go abroad, stay out most of the day In the sun and not have UV suits(and hats!) on their kids. Any colour is damage to the skin at the end of the day and sun cream isn't infallible, especially when in and out of the water alot.
Just saw PC perv’s stories and those girls are so sunburnt! Under the big one’s eyes look red raw, and both of them are clearly burnt on their arms… No excuse for that at all, stepford wife and her creepy hubby should be utterly ashamed!
Even the youngest one has burnt shoulders!!!
