So apparently Kyle was involved with someone romantically, but recently broke it off. Not that we would ever have known. Gotta give him respect for keeping his private life private, right JoJo?

I like how he is placing all the little ornaments and cards people are sending him on his Christmas tree, what a nice idea. Someone also sent him a gorgeous beer stein with a piece of the Berlin Wall on, very generous.

Is it because he rarely breaks character on camera? I think he’s so used to his clown persona it’s hard for him to stop, especially when there’s an audience. I still think he’s fantastic though, what a dad. And the ‘dad dad dad’ t shirt was great

Honestly, I also think it sucks for the vloggers a little. I know they're putting themselves out there, but with the way celebrity has been historically, you'd be a fan of Angelina Jolie, read interviews that she did, and see her movies. The way these social media people operate, they have a lot more direct engagement--and since a lot of the people engaging are young--that can get construed as friendship. I follow a few podcasters that I like on Twitter and have had some interactions with them, but I wouldn't consider that anything more than someone whose opinions I find interesting finding something I said interesting. And I can see how direct interaction would read a bit different for the fan/supporter versus the vlogger. Kyle might have been short with the friend mentioned in this thread, but he was also working, as much as we don't often think of vlogging as a job.

And that's before you get into the crazy stalkers. I find the Trackers completely loathsome, but it's fucked up that people have showed up at their house. Even they don't deserve that.

Absolutely, it makes for a pretty wild ride for the vloggers! The safety concerns, needing to constantly be mindful that you don’t eye roll or use the wrong tone at the wrong time….it’s a lot. I don’t think of online personalities as friends. But so many people really believe they have a relationship with vloggers or influencers.

Tracker stans are on a whooole new level of creepy and inappropriate!

Disneyland’s party looked awesome, its more focused on meeting characters and smaller events. I prefer the bang of Disney Worlds with the fireworks and stage show. Kyle looked like he had an amazing time though. Loved his excitement at both parties. I wonder what happened to Emily? Last time he mentioned her she had missed her flight but was due on the next.

Kyle hinted on Twitter that a cruise will be coming soon. My guess is either it’s with his family and that’s their announcement in December, or with Patrick since on the last cruise with Patrick there was talk of potentially going on a Christmas cruise together.
