More than likely he's forced her to get a room 'near' them so he can film 'something' that's going on IF her family has made it clear they do not want him filming them. Interesting to see if she 'stays' where her family is or they stay at a close but different locale. He won't let her spend much time alone with them and without him. That'd be too risky for him. He'll want to keep her close for without her discounts and income, he fails quickly.
