I hate the fact she makes out that she does everything ‘for you’ - no, you do it for yourself and you’ve done a good job making a load of money!

She talks to everyone like friends 🤦🏻‍♀️
I guess she has to be somewhat friendly to the masses who are lining her pockets.

Anyway, I’m really surprised this is a slow thread 😂 ☕
Me too. Perhaps it needs to be on the main influencer page where more people can see it? Is there a way this page could be moved onto one of the bigger pages as Health Instagrammers is quite niche and small...Or maybe everyone who follows her is a legit minion...

Tally Rye posted this earlier and couldn't help but think how Krissy and her app have all of these features. Especially as how Krissy herself said she was fed up of double standards/beauty standards for women. Sorry but if you are posting weight loss transformations and booty growth transformations you are promoting beauty standards.

Also gives her another opportunity to tell everyone how useless her boyfriend is, whilst telling everyone how amazing she is.

She’s toxic.

Her branding is confusing. She wants to respect and profit from being a professional but then the grace of an influencer that isnt perfect.

I really do feel for her and her cancer scare though. A lot of my eye rolling distain for her has subsided since then.

However! I am convinced shes had fillers in her face (you do you) and hip dips. Also she takes large burners. Staying that lean all year is nigh on impossible for a woman. She looks about 12-18% body large.

Fair enough to her for speaking out about her cancer scare, no hate there. However I can't tell if she's doing it for the likes/attention? I feel if this truly affected her I'd expect her to be sharing more posts and raising awareness of the importance of regular checking, and sharing charities' work...

I don't think she takes large burners, if you look at old pics of her she was always very lean so it might be genetics, but I do think she restricts what she eats in some form (like portion control, avoiding eating "too much" of certain foods etc) behind the scenes which might be why she can maintain visible abs all year round. It's definitely not an achievable or realistic goal for everyone, so her flashing her abs left right and centre can be misleading and putting out a harmful message to young audiences.

Is that not how you do DIY? I always do it in a hoodie and my booty shorts. But then I am a natural at following instructions and building things. It is part of why I'm so great.

Krissy what's the point in removing harmful language like "shredded" from your app when the words "tone" and "sculpt" are the epitome of toxic body and beauty standards. Pathetic attempt at trying to be fitness "woke." Admit it, Krissy and her business have only come this far from capitalising from promoting booty growth and ab lines, trying to change it all superficially without addressing deeper issues comes across as fake.

Surprised how slow this thread is considering she has so many followers! I just love how she bigs herself up for the most basic tit. Does she realise that thousands of people in the UK have a PT certification and/or go to the gym regularly and know a lot about fitness. It’s not exactly rocket science…. Plus most people do it whilst having a full time job amongst other things! She makes out like she bloody climbed Mount Everest going to uni AND the gym at the same time - that's never been done before! But no she is soooo inspirational because she has been going to the gym for a ‘decade’ and gained 1 inch round her ass. How can we ever live up to her standards? She is so toxic it is unreal.

Latest post on what she eats in a day starts off with a body check...cue Sohee Lee's Instagram reel from last month talking about the problems with this type of content.

Point is, it doesn't matter how much Krissy says she's not into it for aesthetics so you shouldn't be either - body checking is checking for aesthetic progress. Massive red flag. By the way if you don't know Sohee check her out. She posts actual non-toxic fitness content that isn't too influencer-y. Plus unlike Krissy she's a coach with *actual* experience.

That other woman looks so much better for fitness content! It makes me so sad so many young impressionable girls follow Krissy as they are just getting brainwashed into thinking they need to look like her and go to the gym solely for aesthetic reasons. She is literally encouraging the damaging societal stereotypes of how women should look! She also demonises cardio alll the time, which as someone who runs and goes to the gym, some people actually enjoy it and don’t do cardio to lose weight!

She's so so obsessed with her body, it's sad. What happened to excercising to feel healthy and keep your hearting pumping?

exactly! Fitness can only improve your health by so much. Even someone like Krissy who exercises religiously and eats the same amounts as a preteen can still have a cancer scare. What she's promoting isn't health at all. It's toxic comparisons, probably originating from a desire for her physique (and to a lesser extent, strength) to be desired by other women.

To be honest, Oner is basically Womens Best. And tone and sculpt, well both companies were launched after she had gained hundreds and thousands of followers. I'd be very surprised if there were users of her app/consumers of Oner who weren't already following her instagram. It's clear that her massive following has propelled the successes of these businesses. She hasn't had to struggle with engagement like other content creators because she is white, slim, knows how to make her bum look big in photos and just happened to be in the right place at the right time on instagram. These days that's all you need to "make it big" on social media. But sure, tell us that if you can work 16 hour days then we can "do it for us."

Shouldn't she declare Womens Best as ads when she goes on about it on her stories? Genuine question if anyone knows?

Considering the whole Molly-Mae controversy that's going on at the moment - this couldn't have come at a worse time? Girlboss telling us how she struggled? Please. She's acting like she was the only student who ever had a part time job, and the only one with an immigrant family. This is almost as bad as Grace Beverley. Pro tip for you Krissy: STOP. TRYING. TO. BE. RELATABLE.
