Why would she need mat leave when she doesn't really do anything? She's basically just the face of some companies, everyone else does the work. Even when she has the baby she's already said she has MIL to help, aside from the initial time off all mothers should take for their bodies to heal etc I really wouldn't expect someone in her position to need say a year off.
