Being of fan of hers was draining. I use to feel like I had to do 20 millions things in one day to be successful. No. Thats how you get burnt out, disrupt your endocrine system, develop health issues, "adrenal fatigue, pcos, chrons, insulin resistance" the list can go on with how dangerous this whole hustle culture is especially on the female body. Is she healthy? This whole "boss ass babe" is nice, but as you get older, you realize that you just want to live, be in the moment, and not be in your masculine,"prefect only" hyper, draining ass energy all the time like what she's promoting.

100% this. I actually have zero respect for her when she posts her favourite thing is working and when she posts photos of her working at 10pm etc. It's not aspirational or cool. There's way more to life than working, hope she discovers that one day

I blame all the ridiculous people calling her "my trainer" just because they work out with her app, making debts by using Klarna in order to be able to afford oner Active stuff.


Most of this ladies have horrible technique and are gonna injury themselves very soon.

Also I tried to write this in one of their group ofc they all got triggered and say that is not true

I've never followed her but I've gone on her insta a couple of times. I never followed her because I felt that she was always trying to be something authentic and different but it never came out naturally if that makes sense.

Also, I do love Oner Active and their clothes, truly I do. But they're delivery time is something awful - twice I've waited over three weeks and cancelled one order. The last time I sent a strong worded email because I was so fed up of "express shipping" and then nearly a month later it hadn't been delivered. I was like I don't want any blame on COVID for late deliver or any discounts or anything like that - I just want my bloody order and they gave me a gift card over 150€. I was a bit shocked they gave me the gift card tbh. Now I'm looking at it wondering is it worth have to have all the hassle of waiting again 😂😂

Did you get your order/return as well as a gift card?!

I bought some clothes once and when I returned I had to chase, they took over a month to process it

Does anyone have any at home fitness app recommendations? I quite liked the sculpt it plan when I used Krissy’s app but don’t feel like giving her my money again.

ana katic does a good home program! I do the gym one and thats really good so Im sure the home one will be good too. @anakaticfitness

So they emailed me a said oh heres a gift card worth the amount you spent (I spent 194 quid) and the gift card was 166 quid. I could have pointed it out but by that stage I didnt care! So I got the gift card and my order which came over a week later. Definitely not spending it on that bloody water bottle or yoga mat , that's for sure!!!

Ana Katic seems so amazing her workouts, she seems to explain them so well. Cannot wait to try her programs which are so reasonably priced!

Les Mills on Demand is amazing! I dislike all the fitness influencers and so glad I chose Les Mills

There are so many classes to choose from and they are always releasing new things

Another amazing Honer launch where everything sells out in seconds and the instagram post gets full of negative comments about it. Worth a look. I like the ones joking about how you only get a response if you say something positive.

then you’ve got these absolute eggheads saying “MAYBE IT SOLD OUT FAST BECAUSE THEY’RE THE BEST LEGGINGS IN THE WORLD” no sis. The stock is low. Period point blank. then this girl goes on to say “look what Krissy created in 2 years ❤” girl, first of all, Alphalete did it first. Let’s be honest. Do i prefer Oner? Yeah, i think they’re great and theyre cheaper than Alphalete. I think Krissy has some great products (give or take). I dont have a problem with Krissy. But, I’ll just go buy Alphalete if I don’t have to deal with this mess every 6 months when she decides to restock effortless…and i dont have to deal with the ridiculous comments these girls leave. Krissy is a human. Oner is a new company. We are allowed to voice concerns over stuff without these minions trying to sweep it under the rug. Companies dont get better with no feedback and pretending this kinda crap is ok.

They're on par with alphalete, alphalete are better and I'll even support a male business owner over a toxic, vanity obsessed white girl with fake botox, filler, hair who cares more about her waist-hip ratio than her disappointed customers
