I've done some leg workouts in my time but I have never felt the need to shimmy my a about like that, but maybe that's just me
The ridiculous thing is she’s doing those RDLs with 25lb dumbbells - that’s about 13kg in each hand. I’m much less muscular and much smaller and I RDL 65/70kg. I don’t know why she acts like she’s a power lifter it cracks me up!!

I'm pretty sure if you are showing people work outs there are better angles than from low down behind.
I'm now feeling quite smug because I didn't think about that when I watched it, and assumed they were 25kg
It’s still only a 54kg RDL which is nothing for her size or apparent strength and doesn’t warrant the facials she pulls or noises she makes! 50kg is my RDL starting weight and I’m tiny in comparison to her.
Looks like she is talking about moving out to LA permanently as she is talking about moving dog over.

buys a massive house in central London and a £100k Mercedes G Wagon only to decide to drop everything and move to LA because she’s met some guy who was married to her former friend, and already she thinks it’s meant to be and she’s soooo sure about this relationship (just like she was with her previous 2 relationships). Wonder how long it’ll be until she breaks up with this guy and starts talking smack about him on a podcast like she did with Brett.

as someone who is going through a divorce right now, i wish for her and anyone happiness. Maybe she does really feel it's right and from the bottom of my heart, i wish her that.I can't even imagine myself feeling as happy again. And weirdly, i'm happy to see people getting through it. I think people are happy for her and aren’t dissing the fact she’s falling in love. It’s that her word doesn’t seem authentic cause EVERY boy and EVERY oner active drop is the best thing everrrrrr. It’s like does she actually mean what she says about anything or is she just flopping around everywhere without integrity.
