Apparently also she and Krissy used to be friends.

So she whinges about her breakup on her videos and she was probably already with this guy whilst doing the crying videos. It's pure attention seeking to get engagement.

Allegedly* one of her trips to LA, she stayed with this guy, like in his house, whilst she was still with Brett. I personally think all the tears was a) because she was caught cheating and b) to clean up her image and have some sort of backing like 'oh but look how sad I was, I was so depressed', she did that man so dirty like I feel sorry for him. She seems very narcissistic and I'm just gonna say it, she's all about her image/looks so why doesn't she fix those saggy tits ugh

All of this!!! 100% think he broke up with her, always thought it and now yes I agree probably because she got caught out somewhere along the line. And she’s already in love with this guy and she and Brett only split up in October! She’s so bloody embarrassing I hope when she grows up a bit she looks back and cringes.

She's got a ultimate leg workout on her insta obviously from her new program, half it is basic stuff on machines, like leg press,.leg curl that you go to a lot of gyms will show you on induction.

I don’t know if it’s a generational thing and I’m making myself sound old here but I can’t get over the vanity/ego/narcissism that’s masked as self-love in these reels and stories. This ‘5 things you need to hear’ reel is just her absolutely adoring herself in front of the camera. It’s nothing to do with the words. What happened to being gracious and humble and classy. I don’t know maybe it’s just me/my age but I just find it all so hideously egotistical!

Oh I can't believe she has a tread here I used to really like and I still use her app (please don't judge lol, I purchased a subscription last year and still have a few months left). But I stopped following her after the breakup, she seemed sooo insufferable. And reading the comments here left me speechless. A new guy already? Cheating?! Didn't see that coming.

The 5 things crap, idk why she always seems to have her top hiked up so her tits are out like her recent one and then whole thing of you need to be happy not trying to find someone to make you happy or something, she seems to constantly bash her ex at every chance she gets, don't do this for someone else, don't let a relationship hold you back, idk it's weird to me considering she's in a whole new relationship 5 mins after the break up and fake crying, I dont like her anymore

not sure if the superset showing is the one to be removed or if there's another one??? but barbell hip thrust into db single leg hip thrust is ridiculous as a superset just from a logistical standpoint? so you do the barbell hip thrusts (8 reps), roll the barbell away, grab your dumbbell, then do 16 reps of db single leg hip thrust? that would take me like a minute of switching and it would take up so much space ... WHY? JUST DO HIP THRUSTS OR SINGLE LEG HIP THRUSTS OMG

I agree, some of the workouts are completely not related to one another. Really difficult to do a super set sometimes.

I found the same when I was using EvolveYou - I ended up just nixing half of the programming because some of it was ludicrous (and I do not have the time to spend two hours in the gym doing supersets that just repeat the same muscle worked lol)

Agreed. Some of the supersets assumed you just happen to have a cable weight machine AND another in-demand machine to your disposable for 3 whole sets. Maybe at the expensive gyms Krissy uses but deffo not the run-of-the-mill gyms most of us go to! I almost always change or don’t do the supersets
