Yeah but things don't need to be continuously changed to work, change rep ranges, number of sets, exercise variation eventually but no need to mix it up all the time. It's not like the influencers have anything revolutionary in their programs, I've seen tons of their pdf guides and they're all the same pretty much. Same exercises, same number of sets, reps etc. Waste of money

Exactly, progression is literally just increasing weights/reps on the same or similar workouts. So you might have a squat day that looks like this:

Squat 5x5 at 50kg
Front Squat 4x8 at 30kg
Split Squat 4x8 at 20kg bar
Leg Press 4x12 at 40kg
Leg Extensions 4x12 at 20kg

The next week you can go "ok, form dropped a little on my 5x5 so I stay there to focus on getting those spot on, but my front squat felt great, so let's go 4x10 for those, and my leg press was good too, so increase weight to 50 and try for 8"

Training for strength and hypertrophy can be boring because it's the same over and over. Don't let influencers fool you into believing it has to be different all the time. Give it anything from 8-12 weeks on one programme, making progression that way before changing your accessories.

To be honest, Oner is basically Womens Best. And tone and sculpt, well both companies were launched after she had gained hundreds and thousands of followers. I'd be very surprised if there were users of her app/consumers of Oner who weren't already following her instagram. It's clear that her massive following has propelled the successes of these businesses. She hasn't had to struggle with engagement like other content creators because she is white, slim, knows how to make her bum look big in photos and just happened to be in the right place at the right time on instagram. These days that's all you need to "make it big" on social media. But sure, tell us that if you can work 16 hour days then we can "do it for us."

The hand that is moving over her leg and hip warps so badly, her hand is huge on her leg then gets so distorted and small over her hip and waist
