I don’t know if legally it makes any difference but the charge seems more ridiculous if that’s the case. To me there is a big difference between picking something up thrown at/near you and buying and waving something around.

I'm seeing completely the opposite. In the past couple of days, much of the British state - including diplomats, former advisors, etc etc - has spoken out about how Israel needs to stop. Too little, too late - and whether the government will actually take any proper action remains to be seen - but it's pretty much gone mainstream atp.

I’ve heard that’s true. I had tickets for the gig in question at the Kentish Town forum, but didn’t go, but a few of my friends went and said she thinks it was thrown on. Lots of flags were. I wonder if the full footage will appear.

They’ll be coming for everyone in attendance next Joe Brolly hasn’t posted anything about the charges, I wonder if that means he’s in line to represent them again.
