Just count calories and move more. It’s that simple. Doesn’t need to be a challenge. Needs to be sustainable

There are loads of excellent PT trainers who will do you a tailored plan for a lot less it would seem! Team RH Fitness is only £5.00 a month and I think Munro fitness is £10? Both guide you with personal macros etc. and workouts...Where as hers is what, £190/200 for 12 wks? I think it's about getting her insta fame up.

Online PT's are such a scam. How can they tell if your doing the exercise right? Trust me theres a big difference in having the right form weight lifting and just doing it how you think it should be done.

Exactly, its basically someone on whatsapp telling you how to manage your calories and how to work out for a few £100. There is so much free stuff online, you don't need to pay someone Instagram PT. Could have used that money for her phone screen!
