Plus all the workouts she did and still gained nearly a stone13lb on holiday isn't enjoying yourself, its excessive. I'd say up to 5lbs is enjoying yourself, any more and you've either WAY overdone it on holiday or you seriously restrict yourself day to day

I was just thinking exactly the same when I saw her stories. From what she’s posted some days it looks like she’d be lucky to be hitting 1000 calories, unless the protein shakes are higher calorie than I estimate, but even then it can’t be more than 1300 which is way too low for her weight especially if she’s doing so much exercise and still pumping! That’s not sustainable for anyone, least of all someone who admits they binged most weekends when on Weight Watchers! It’s a crash and burn binge scenario waiting to happen.It’s somewhat alarming that she won’t share her calorie count for each day. I feel like it’ll be far too low.

Won’t share her calorie count but will share her food every day of what’s she’s eating. I exclusively pumped for the first 6 months because my baby wouldn’t take to the breast. But I must admit I did loose weight but only followed by eating healthy, when I wasn’t eating healthy I just maintained my weight, know matter what she looks like or weighs I don’t think she will ever be happy with her weight. She will be pregnant before Christmas again and gaining the whole 8 stone back onI’m not being funny but exclusively pumping doesn’t burn THAT many calories.... a pump will never get out what a baby can and it’s estimated that about 500 calories a day is burned feeding the baby from the source so to speak. I wouldn’t have thought she is burning more than a couple of hundred calories per day at the most. My baby is a month old and is drinking about 2l a day! She won’t be pumping anywhere near that.
She clearly has an eating disorder and really needs to sort out her relationship with food before she ducks up her child too!
