Did Kate give a proper explanation why she's started calling Evelyn Eva?? I know it was something to do with a nickname desire for her? (weird AF!)

I could understand Eve but even that isn’t the same as Evelyn. Maybe Ev? Eva is just random. It’s an entirely different name.

I think when she discussed it she said she absolutely hated it being shortened to Ev. Think she might have said she hadn’t ever thought people would shorten it but they have! I’m guessing she’s planning on having nursery/school call her Eva

New here but I’ve had to make an account to ask has anyone heard her calling the baby Eva? She actually says it as ever not Eva. It’s on one of her highlights where she calls her by the nickname🙄 sounds ridiculous

Have any of you looked at the Instagram of the plan she’s following?

It’s so disordered with calorie swaps etc. It made me feel really uncomfortable.

I've seen that particular pts price list. Its between £150 and £250 depending on how many weeks and depending if you want exercise or food plans or both.
As have I. This week in fact. Hence me detailing the cost.

Like I said, it’s £230 for 12 weeks both nutrition and fitness plans. And for just one of the plans (training without nutrition or vice versa) for 12 weeks it’s £215.

It starts at £99 for 4 weeks.

I’ve seen a few swaps posts but not sure of which ones you’re referring to in particular.
I do know the plan focuses on increasing protein (fuller for longer, lower calories blah blah) and lowering calories overall while doing strength work and some cardio.

I think it’s common sense personally.

Love it when people casually drop OCD into conversations making out like it isn’t a debilitating illness that ruins people’s lives 🙄 you don’t have OCD, you just like the way things are organised; they are nowhere near the same thing

I don’t like the post “how to help hunger when dieting”

I do sometimes wonder if she just puts up these posts for attention.

I have to view via story viewer as I’m blocked 🙄 so I may have missed something but has she actually said what was said?
