The biggest issue with this “customer service” is that it’s not coming from an official account. For all the end user knows, Emily could be another poster. Then there’s the added fuckery of when Leah comments, she’s either commenting off her personal FB or her public FB.
Dude. Just create new profiles with proper headshots, public profiles with “Emily from BARE” as the user so it’s consolidated and your blindsided customers actually feel like they’re getting customer service through one channel, without having to go through email and then FB.
Common sense 101
Maybe they should employ someone like you that knows how to run web pages and a business as their both as dumb as tit to know this.

This. It’s these basic principles that they are unable to apply as they have zero life experience and too much arrogance. They could take an afternoon to look how other businesses run their Facebook communities and then assess their own, and make changes. But they don’t think they need to. Pure arrogance. They also probably think these things don’t matter, but the whole picture they paint is one of amateur chaos, which impacts their brand trust.

I think she starts kinder next year as they talked about finding a school for next year and said one of her best little friends were going to the same school. A lot of daycares don't do kinder as a side of the daycare. You have to leave daycare all together and it's just the same as starting school with no daycare anymore and kids at home for school holidays 24/7. The ol Leah will be having her mummy up their every school holidays next year as how will she cope with Gigi home for 2 whole weeks of school holidays.
I swear she is only a few months younger than my child who is in kindy. It is a kindy-yr12 school though but I know a lot of daycares do kindy as well and not all of them do 5 days a week. But why would they keep Gigi back unless she is struggling in areas. But none of the Itsines kids are struggling they’re always so advanced 🙄

Especially Jax….who most definitely doesn’t sit in the back at daycare and eat the glue.

He is such a fukwit, no response to this persons comment on his post about his top 5 sauces, like wtaf, he is an idiot!
He’s actually stoopid. His level of understanding is no better than the general public who understand basic nutrition principles.
He’s just got a hugely inflated sense of self thinking he can ‘teach’ people about nutrition and make money from it.

How’s the online course going Mitchy? Surely you’ve finished by now 🤣

In qld kindy is the year before formal schooling. At kindys it’s usually only 2 or 3 days a week but most daycares do run a kindy program which can be 5 days a week. According to the qld kindy calculator she’s not actually due to start until next year anyway

Sounds like our pre school in NSW, they get 15 hours a week. It's not mandatory, just something for them to get ready for school.

I’m in Brisbane and my child goes 5 days a week. But I thought gigi was 4 in march so she would be in kindy this year

This is so off topic for the thread. But so interesting to hear about the Aussie education system. I’m in the UK. Our kids start school at 4/5 before that they don’t need to have done anything but most people have put their kids into nursery as we get free hours plus most of us work. My son was in full time nursery from 9 months 😢

Yeah I was right. She was 4 in march so should have started kindy this year. Usually kids are held back due to being behind in some aspect
I know I’m Victoria if you’re a march baby you can choose to send them to school the year they turn 5 or the year they turn 6 so they might be doing the second option with Gigi.
