Looking at and listening to Harvey, I think she exaggerates his abilities. No denying his artistic ability, but I think his level of understanding is much lower than she pretends. I think that would be right. He will have transitioned from child services to adult services. Obviously she likes to try & fool us all into thinking she has no help with him when she has him.
