I think it's a bit odd how her past work (basically soft porn) never gets mentioned. Just that she was a 'tv presenter'. I'm sure I saw it mentioned years ago that she was a presenter on Babestation or similar

I don’t think it suits her family friendly image to have her soft porn/ Babestation past mentioned so she makes sure it’s swept under the carpet 🫢 I think she would have done anything to become famous in her early 20s. Some of those shoots she did are very creepy. Touching other women’s breasts etc

My opinion is only in Britain with the victim of an acid attack be catapulted into the celebrity world you’re exactly right. It’s similar to Captain Tom. I’m not saying Katie hasn’t had a rough ride of it with her acid attack. She’s been through imaginable pain and discomfort, I wouldn’t wish, it on my worst enemy I get the feeling before attack she was probably desperate to become famous. That’s why she wanted to go down the lads mag route. because that was a quick way to gain celebrity and a platform similar to the likes of Imogen Thomas she was probably desperate to become a wag or something going clubbing in Embassy trying to bag footballer or something like that. I don’t think she’s really got the personality for presenting. She comes across as really snotty but then lacks a lot of charisma and a little bit plain
This is what Britain does catapult anyone to celebrity where is in America you have to gain your right to be a celebrity by being successful and talented in your chosen industry

I personally have no issue with her fame and i imagine she has helped and inspired many people by publicly sharing her story. I know I couldn’t be half as brave in her position so for that alone she has my respect.
