Open plant living room, kitchen and diner with 3 boys. They are in for a treat! Also converting the whole of downstairs office into a bootroom? What a waste... Living that #blessed live.

Yes it is an unpopular opinion because if you watch Kate you will see that Rikki is the laziest person, very irritating and butts in and tries to embarass her in every video. As soon as she started YouTube properly he quit his job so he absolutely jumped at the chance - because he is lazy. Yes I have said he should ‘provide’ before because surely it’s not a guaranteed income and if social media all goes to tit, they don’t even have his job to fall back on. I think it’s embarrassing that he is so happy to just live off of her and he does not bring any income to the home. She should be enjoying maternity leave, but is doing ADs etc to still provide for her family. And as someone said if he hates working that much, he could at least do volunteering of some sort

I think your opinion is unpopular too. Why is it so ingrained in us that we all have to work, even when we don’t need to, in order to be valid human beings?

Maybe Ricky does all of the school runs / cleaning etc and that’s his role. And anyway, spending an hour filming a video to support their family isn’t exactly hard work for Kate. Having R home gives her plenty of time to do it, so I think that’s a moot point.

She barely posts anymore so you really have no insight into their dynamic anymore to be so determined he is lazy anyway. There are things to criticise them for but this is kinda silly imo.

I think the both look like they both work hard from watching the recent insta videos of butlins. Especially when you look at others like Emily or mama Reid.

I'd rather do 12 hour shifts on a ward than be a stay at home parent - to me, that's my idea of hell and too much like hard work

I'm not feeling the reno at all. They had a perfectly decent-sized kitchen. It would drive me nuts as a teenager not being able to nip down for a snack without having to socialise with the other 4 family members.

I used to follow her before she was even pregnant and she got her first home with Rikki, she was so likeable and I really enjoyed her content which was mainly YouTube videos as that was the platform at the time. But she is so out of touch with reality now it’s untrue. Also assume the jewellery launch didn’t go to plan as she’s not been plugging any of it lately

Ah her early YouTube videos were great! She really was so likeable wasn’t she.

Hugely out of touch and has been for years. I know her dad is doing some of the house but I’m amazed how they can afford their lifestyle tbh.

oh no I defo agree with this. She could have waited to do the renovation but her house was insta worthy enough... so everything that to be done immediately.
