She went to the hospital cafe one time when visiting "grandad" and was fuming that it was playing Radio 1 instead of SMHR They just act like patients and staff listen when they're on air but really it's all just an excuse for them to larp as presenters.

I think she also asked one of "grandad's" nurses if she would like a request which made me laugh. I'm sure the poor woman had better things to do when off her shift than tune in to amateur radio.
