whilst she quite clearly is not an orphan (Kates in her oliver twist era) I feel so so bad for her, we've known for weeks this would happen and I have no idea how she's going to cope, she projected so much onto that man and clearly loved him so much. I just don't think she has the emotional capacity to be able to deal with this in a healthy way and I really hope it doesn't effect her eating again as she seemed to be getting better with that because she was less stressed, hopefully her parents are watching her closely. She loves to pretend to be super mature and an old soul but she still seems very emotionally young bless her. Must have been a kick in the teeth for her parents to read her saying she's an orphan though

Sad that he has passed away , but I think she will recover from the loss faster than we think. Hard to explain.

How old is she? I know she’s not necessarily got the worldly experiences that people her age do but to call herself an Orphan 
Agreed. I’m thinking of when Grandad was admitted to hospital after his stroke and she made a couple of TikTok where she was visibly distressed but moments later was doings duets with fellow creators. Of course, if that’s the way she copes with things then that’s perfectly fine but it seems she sometimes the way she expresses herself on social media is an amplification of how she truly feels.

. Didn’t mention Grandad’s passing once, but was very keen to talk about someone whose been emailing her parents regarding the way she portrays herself on social media. I have a feeling he’s not actually dead.
He has definitely passed - here’s the full post. I think she’s just on tiktok today because she wants some attention and to distract herself. She’s known he wouldn’t recover for over a week by now, she’s probably done her grieving.

I’m not quite sure. I think we’ve misconstrued her post. There seems to have been a bit of a mix-up. Everyone on Twitter are saying Grandad’s back from the dead.
If he's not really dead then I don't think we've misconstrued it, I think she knew exactly what she was doing with that post. In the same way she loves praise I've noticed lately that she was loving the sympathy she was getting in the TikTok comments.

Are her parents really that horrible ? I don’t like Val from what she used to show on YT but maybe we don’t see the whole story. I think Kate needs to move out and into assisted living.
