She went to the hospital cafe one time when visiting "grandad" and was fuming that it was playing Radio 1 instead of SMHR
They just act like patients and staff listen when they're on air but really it's all just an excuse for them to larp as presenters.
I think she also asked one of "grandad's" nurses if she would like a request which made me laugh. I'm sure the poor woman had better things to do when off her shift than tune in to amateur radio.

I rang in a couple of times and it was super awkward. Unless you can put on the voice of an 80 year old she won't be comfortable when you call in and she won't play whatever you request
