wait omg she would be such a good GP receptionist she's been training her whole life to tell people they cant access stuff- her hole radio career has been building up to this
Expect a surge in patient deaths at the Aylesbury surgery if this happens because she can't seem to find a doctor on the system
And then gives her employer a few days notice before heading off on holiday, leaving ‘Muggins ‘ere’ to cover her shifts.

She’s horrible today. I bet Val’s refused to drive her to Costa or Aqua-aerobics or something and that’s why she’s in such a mood.
Has anyone seen her Instagram story where she’s talking about how she’s dealing with her grief for Grandad? She’s more or less saying he was a burden to her and caused her to sacrifice her friendships and free time, despite the fact she wasn’t obligated to care for him given he was merely her bowls coach.

Her behaviour is unacceptable today but she has the idea in her head that because she's grieving then her outbursts should be tolerated. Grief can make people act out of line but I've never know anyone to forewarn people and use it as a licence to be so insolent. Doesn't help that it's her time of the month too (as she also likes to update us on).

I think she's been implying grandad was a burden in quite a few tts, she would say "there's no drama now", "I can finally do what I want and have Kate time", and that she's finally able to spend time with her dad now.

She's made it very clear since his death she's feels like her Grandad was a burden! She's absolutely ruthless.
She’s very “old” in her mannerisms, you can tell she spends a lot of time with elderly people. I feel sad for her but she clearly doesn’t feel like she fits in with people her age
