The letter she posted looks a bit pasted together if you ask me. Obvs she's blacked out the personal info but look at the colour difference in the main body copy, the address in the top right looks wonky, and it may just be my eyes but the left margins don't line up.

Or perhaps it's time for me to start wearing the tin foil hat....
She's still full of tit. That letter looks extremely pasted together in parts and seriously it is extremely unlikely that many brain tumours would just disappear that quickly especially without proper medical treatment. She went too hard and fast with her lies, she should have at least fabricated something a bit more believable.

I’ve had my doubts about her from the start! Her story is on the everybody has an ex podcast. Her ex is an ice addict and she used to smoke with him if that gives u any indication to what kind of person she is

I agree it does look dodgy buuut I would say this looks like it’s a page that has been folded before it was scanned - the black bit on the right hand side looks kinda goes in at the top of where the colour changes for the body of the text, in line with where a letter would be folded to go in an envelope (former office admin witch, i scanned a lot of folded pages 😂) - I haven’t done a google on the actual doctor or anything, and she’s still a lying scammer, but this could be an actual document 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s a shame she hasn’t considered raising awareness for ALK positive cancer. It occurs due to gene mutation and most people are diagnosed at stage 4 and it’s not associated with smoking. Life expectancy has increased significantly to 6 years with the targeted treatment. It’s so disappointing she’s gone off on modern medicine is evil when it’s likely the only thing keeping her alive.

I just googled the doctor and he does look legit. I wonder if her lie is that she miraculously got rid of the brain tumours after going to the clinic in Mexico? Something doesn't add up that's for sure!

My friend is anti child immunisations, anything to do with covid treatments, pneumonia and whopping cough immunisations.. but when she said the covid immunisations caused my MS, I was a tad shocked and laughed. I explained that my MS was diagnosed before covid hit our shores. She doesn't believe in western medicine to treat any form of cancer. She said the only places you can depend on is centres like H4C ... I have a Dr that listens to me and works with me to stay healthy. I don't think we will ever know the truth with Kate. Shes a conspiracy theorist and a narcissist.
My daughter was diagnosed with a genetic condition but we had a friend tell me it was my fault because I’d vaccinated myself 😮💨

I don't know that I'm convinced by these snippets of documents. The letter looks odd, partly because the phrasing of "I was asked to write this letter to prove..." is very odd for a letter of support or a referral or medical certificate. That raises a red flag to me.
Also I don't appreciate the lack of nuance in this whack job's understanding of palliative treatment and conflating it with palliative care. The use of the phrase "palliative treatment" denotes that the treatment is not curative. It refers to a treatment that is prolonging life by slowing a fatal disease process and/or managing symptoms for the remainder of life. It doesn't mean anything about how long a person is expected to live, it is not necessarily an "end of life" treatment. As apposed to a treatment that intends to reverse a disease process- curative.
"Palliative care" is adequately defined in the final slide.... but that's not what the word palliative exactly means in the phrase "palliative treatment". I don't know what she added that last slide other than to make her current status seem closer to deaths door and to make a "recovery" seem more dramatic.

Kate really is not the brightest bulb I feel.

Does the Dr exist, surely he can be sent a copy of the letter and if it hadn’t come from them they can take it further, surely falsifying a letter is fraudulent activity & impersonating a dr isn’t right, I’m not sure I believe it.

The more I think about it the more it’s suss.

Why would you need a letter like that, I have medical records my copies of stuff I’ve been sent or cc’d in on from my public hospital / dr’s conversations between each other about my own health issues, letters about medication and stuff, referral letters, I feel like she’s a lying bleep.

It looks like she’s scanned a letter and then pasted it onto that other doctor’s letterhead. Which is weird. I wonder who the diagnosis letter is from.

Wonder if we can cut and paste some of the words and see if it comes up anywhere

The letter is fake.
Not only have i worked at hospitals for years and know for an absolute fact they arent pieced together like this bc its 2023 and we dont use random text boxes, I used to work WITH ICC before I left the country and I had many of their letters filed as part of my trials and they do not look like this. She's a liar. A fraud.

Any suggestion what we can do?
Is there places who follow up these sort of lies, where do we report this stuff?

Also hows the spelling errors and the double address. To whom it may concern and to sir/madame.
Usually it would be the Dr's PA who writes this after the dr dictates it and I can tell you now a PA would never ever make these mistakes as all hospitals have templates that they use.

Yeah the more I look at it, the worse it gets.. Its 100% fraud. I wonder if she knows the doctor personally and he's let her do it? (Unlikely but the word holistic always gets me and he is a new doctor so who knows) or if she has just patched it together with some lies and hopes he doesn't see it? The whole thing is so weird and I wish I knew what the f is actually going on 😳

I believe that Drs letter will be her undoing.
Agree. People dont realize lies always catch up to them. Now or in 10 years. Eventually it happens. Its happening now.

He isnt a new doctor. He's been registered since 2012.
Thats what surprises me more. Icon is not a dodgy place. Thats why this seems to be her undoing.

Even though I’ve listened to Scamanda and am incredibly cynical generally, I just can’t believe that she would post such an easily disproved letter using a real doctor’s name on instagram. My feeling now is that it is real. Still hate all the other rit.

Ok, so Im half way through reading a bunch of different studies on Alectinib as a second line treatment for pts who failed crizotinib and radio therapy for brain mets and then subsequently had increased brain mets. Alectinib has been found to REDUCE brain mets! So she may very well have reduced brain mets but its from Alectinib!!! Not having coffee shoved up her mole.

And apologies, I just looked at it on my giant monitor and i think its less dodgy now. Something about it seems off but not the copy paste stuff.
