Kat Farmer - DMBL40

I used to follow her blog which annoyed me as she wasn't a very good writer-it made it hard to read but I liked to see the clothes she featured, I've only really had a quick look on insta but I prefer her on there, I think her personality comes across in a way that it didn't on the blog. She is rich though, always was.

I only started following Kat this summer after watching a live where she talked about autism. Although she was a bit scatty and weepy I did appreciate a lot of what she said. Clearly I’ve seen a very different version of the usual Kat, what with the not being able to partake of too many freebies, so I’m finding her tolerable... for now.

Intrigued to hear that so many of you have known her online for such a long time. Was she a Mumsnetter? I can imagine her being a big cheese on there back in the mid 00s (when it was a very different place to the troll haven it is now).

That’s exactly what I would imagine would happen! I wonder if she has to bribe her poor kids to take these endless photos.
Mine would never entertain it in a million years! They would be so embarrassed! Perhaps they’re rewarded with a trip to stare at worn looking sofas at that favourite haunt, ‘Snape Maltings!’ When will she tire of all this nonsense?!

I just read her new insta post. No doubt she’s getting a massive bung for doing it. Tbh her outfits in the last few weeks have been questionable. The only decent stuff she wears costs a fortune and is gifted to her. Liked it when she did some lockdown interviews with people she’s worked with, skincare specialist etc . Would be nice to see her dress some different body shapes too, not everyone is blessed with her slender physique.

Wow. Maybe as its half term? You can get a family room there for that price off peak for 3 nights, I stayed in February before all the madness.

I think also places that still have their pool open are rare. At the moment you have to book a slot to swim in most places or otherwise the pool is closed. That was the case a couple of weeks ago when I was looking.

Walnberswick is more exclusive. It's where the Freuds/Curtis families have homes. But it's very tiny. Same general area, next to Southwold. But there are far too many holiday homes in Southwold and Aldeburgh now. Would hate to be a local in either place. She'll probably rent out her home during the Aldeburgh Festival each year.
