He wasn't there at the time John and Karen were there.
Oh that's a lie is it? So even more people involved in a conspiracy?
It’s the same people 🤷🏻‍♀️

Why would Jen McCabe and Jill Daniels have to go to Erin Beatty’s house to tell her to stop talking about Colin asking for a ride from Fairview that night?

The photo of Colin Albert having abrasions on his knuckles was from 26th February. There’s another photo of him at a welcome home party for a friend on February 11th, with no abrasions on his knuckles.

"Could I have clipped him? Could I have tagged him in the knee and incapacitated him? He didn't look mortally wounded, as far as I could see. Could I have done something that knocked him out, and in his drunkenness and in the cold, he didn't come to again?"

He looked pretty bleeping dead when she went back at 6am. So this had to be when she hit him.

How does this square with her seeing him go inside the house? Oh that's right. She made that up later.

I had to work yesterday so will catch up on the rest of yesterdays court before today’s session. As far as I can see Hank clarified everything and reiterated the fact that the timeline syncs across all devices and puts Karen’s car exactly at the same time John’s phone stopped moving - too much of a coincidence to be nothing other than what it appears to be.

I’ve read Alessi had ‘objection’ on repeat yesterday during Hank’s questioning 🤣

Where is Tom and Erin's testimony in the last trial about this? I can't find it

I don’t think there is any. It’s a story made up from information Karen was apparently feeding to Natalie B to tell Turtleboy.

Yes that's what I thought. A bull rumor perpetuated by Karen's side rather than hard evidence presented in court. Let's see if they are called to the stand this time. I suspect not.

If the jury find the "expert" credible then I do think it's the most damning piece of evidence for the prosecution I've seen so far. It's just how much weight they'll put on that guys "initiative" of coming forward and changing analysis over half way through a second trial. I'm interested to see the defence expert's timeline and which one the jury will find is the most credible.

I actually don't understand how this case is still going after the ME testified that he wasn't hit by a car, the whole trial is based on Karen hitting him with her car.
Then you have the experts who are all not credible, and the awful investigation and handling of evidence, any other Judge would have thrown this case out by now surely ?

Microscopic pieces of tail light in his clothing is also pretty damning.

I’m confused what you mean here - are you thinking that defence will pull someone to say the Lexus data shows differently?

Not sure if you missed the day she testified. She said his injuries weren’t consistent with being hit by a car front on, like most typical pedestrian strikes are, but she couldn’t rule out being sideswiped in reverse) and then Alessi nearly choked and objected).

She also clarified it’s not the main function of her job to determine method of death, only cause.

Yes I watched when she testified but there is no way a 'sideswipe' could result in him flying 30 feet in the air, coming out of one shoe and dying, that's just not possible in my opinion.

I think he dropped his phone when he got out of the car and maybe didn't realise and then went into the house and all the calls from Jen McCabe were her looking for his phone.

It’s all so one dimensional thinking.

I guess I could be classed as an ‘expert’ in my field of knowledge/work. I have years and years of experience and have written stuff/produced training programmes about it etc (trying not to doxx myself here 🤣).

However, I have made many mistakes over the years in my career, and I can think of one particular mistake years back that when I look back I just think ‘how?!’ - but that’s what learning is and I didn’t know then what I know now. So at the time, it wasn’t the big mistake it would look today.

If I was on the stand as an ‘expert’, and they dug up this mistake from 10 years ago, would it somehow decimate the extent of my knowledge based on that one incident and make me look totally incompetent?

I think the reason she's refusing to take responsibility is because she thinks this was his fault. "Maybe in HIS drunkenness"

The cause of death is completely consistent with being sideswiped (which is what the car evidence and data and Karen's own words back up) and then falling and hitting his head & being left in the cold to die.
